Useless. Can't even do the basics like register my account.

Can't register on either of our phones!

Trying to register through the app with correct member number, name and phone. After about 20 seconds it always pops up an error saying "Could not connect to network. (265)

I want to like this app - but it fails to register so I can't get to square one.

This could be a great app if they would have more features. For example: Being able to update your profile. Tips on what to do in certain situations until help arrives. Being able to renew your membership. I'm sure there's more.

AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket. I was hit by a drunk driver last Friday night. This app worked flawlessly for me. I was in an AT&T LTE area at that time. It guided me through the necessary initial safety precautions to take and sent all my information to the call center, including my location. I only needed to answer a few questions, i.e., was I in the coach or another vehicle covered by the plan, was I towing, where I wanted the car taken, etc. This app made an extremely stressful situation a lot less stressful. Thank you, Coach-Net!

App seems to have a solid foudation. Now more features would add immeasurably to utility.

I would have given a 4 or 5 star of the app allowed you to check the status of your account, change password, etc. It let's you look at your profile & request roadside assistance. To check account status you have to calm & wait in a long queue to speak to someone.

Great app

I am new to Coachmen. I Received my ID cards and the letter touted the great Coach-net app. So I downloaded this app. Nothing in the letter I received said hey this app will not work on your phone. Only after spending a lot of time trying to get the app to work and seeing error "265". I finally called Coachmen and I was told they know it will not work on newer phones. They do not tell you upfront. Not a great welcome. If I were the CEO I would kick the IT guys in the butt and tell them to get it fixed.

same problem--Glaxy S4 will not register . Please Fix!

Phone: HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE App downloaded easily and installed without a hitch. I was able to login with my Coach-Net membership number and my name and phone number and I was recognized immediately. This app was easier to install than the GS Roadside assistance app I had last year. The overview explains completely for my use. I am satisified and ready and armed when I experience a roadside emergency. Thank you Coach-Net!

When I try to register, it says can't connect to network. Galaxy S4.

Will not register. Gives error "Unable to connect error 265. I can connect to download the program and have 5 bars. It's an issue with program and needs work. Galaxy S4 on Verizon.

I downloaded. I filled in the form. I clicked Register. I got an error msg, can't connect. I'm on a good high speed connection on Verizon. "could not connect to network (265)" ???

Will not work on my phone.

I downloaded and installed this app with no problem and it looked good. But...I have called Coach-Net twice now to see if it picks up my location and info. No joy. They see nothing when I call. Unless they fix their system this is basically just a phone dialer. If you install this, test it. Maybe they'll fix it.

Doesn't work on my Galaxy S3 - error 265

Very smart concept.

Like another user, I completed the form, pressed submit, and received error 265 could not connect. Galaxy Note 3, Tmobile and wifi. I am certainly connected right now, so there is a bug.

The app is great in that it holds your member info, and will present all the relevant information you need on one screen for when you make the call to Coach-Net. Super simple, exactly what I wanted to see. However, so far the app has only had a 50/50 chance of finding my location. If it fails on the first try, I've had to stop the app completely (close it) and re-start it, and then it maybe works. Opening Maps first seems to help. A Refresh button in the Coach-Net app for re-trying to find your location would be a very helpful addition.
