Fake and useless app. Don't waste ur tym to install it. Wanasema kupata username na password piga *150*66# afu uchague huduma nyingne then uchague kujisajili na nmb app but ukifuatilia hiyo kitu huipati. Imenikwaza sana.

Don't waste your time. The app doesn't work. It only displays "Service unavailable" this is a shame for a big financial institution like NMB

It always shows service unavailable every single time you try. What's the use of such an app if you can't use it? NMB is supposed to be one of the best banks in Tanzania. This is horrible.

Service unavailable!!!!! This is very disgusting for a big financial institution lacking stable app for the users. What is going on??? No information to public!!! That means you don't value your customer's claims.

App is not responding. Its been nearly a month and it keeps saying Service Unavailable. There hasn't been any communication to customers regarding this...customer loyalty slowly diminishing

I don't know why it sometimes stop working?

The app is cool and works perfect. Update it by adding more services to be available on the app.

Except your bank charges! It realy cost a lot of money to transfer just a small amount of money from bank to M-pesa while i was thinking you could reduce that cost in order to discourage long ques in Banks and ATMs!! Please consider it!

Pleas i will give you 5 star when you remove fees on money transfer from bank to mpesa or tigopesa, it pains to having two charges when i transfer and withdraw to agent plz work on it.

It is good but not enough to convince costumer to use this App cause it cost alot of money for transfer. Check it first.

more to considered in village agricultural and interior because its just 15.% of Tz ppn who are using bank and these are confined within rural area do not copy from CrDb plc or Exim tz like charge to 3rd part who deposit which rate insignificant to the bank of lower income with picture of higher level
