The app needs to open the browser in order to buy tickets! Pointless.

Can't upload my tickets (anymore). Useless!

Tickets not downloaded automatically into the app. Need to copy the lengthy ticket number into it to get the ticket...

Really useful for someone who rarely gets the train in Germany. Platform number very useful. Would love more info about the times/stops for the train during travel.

Pretty good, though I'd like to be able to import a trip and all its changes and details into Google Calendar. The SBB and DB apps allow for that.

Is not working. Keep closing app. Useless, not compatible with android 7.

It provides the downloaded e-ticket (bar code scanned version) on the app, it saves you from printing out and pretty handy!

It went smooth, I was connected to my bank's app to pay, nice. My e-ticket was immediately available. Fast and easy.

Excellent app, gives a very good overview of the (somewhat) too expensive train tickets.

Used this to travel across Europe recently and the e-ticket worked really well along with the live updates

Keeps annoying me that I have new messages while the message list is empty. Also, when set not to inform me about upcoming journeys, it keeps pinging me about upcoming travels.

Needs improvement with reference to push notifications. Keeps appearing and delete impossible!

Our train got canceled and we downloaded this app and it saved our trip. Would most definitely recommend.

I have to uninstall the app as it keeps sending me notifications that I have an upcoming train journey whereas I took that trip days ago.

Very handy and usefull

The app keeps spamming me with notifications regarding my next trip, also after dismissing the notification and even when turning notifications off. Also really difficult to navigate. Not very user friendly

Complètement débile! On ouvre l'app pour voir les trains et prix et on est directement envoyé au site internet de la sncb europe. Si je vous accéder au site j'y serais allée directement, pas besoin d'app. Sur le site je n'arrive pas à introduire les dates et donc ne peux pas voir horaires ni prix.

The app is reasonably well-designed and makes it a lot easier to show your ticket than having to dig a paper copy out of your briefcase. I'd like to get push notifications so I know promptly when a train is delayed or the track changes. The app supports push notifications, but I can't enable then after trusted tries.

Few improvement possible. .. already easy to use, give support at any time, from/to many locations (open eyes on alternative for flights issues! )
