Dr Awasthi is a Medical graduate from the prestigious King George's Medical College, Lucknow. He completed his post-graduate training in Orthopedics in the year 2005. He did his thesis research on complicated Intra-articular fractures around the elbow region, and studied the effect of a new surgical technique. He has many articles published in peer reviewed journals, to his credit.

Dr Awasthi gained specialized training & experience in complex Orthopedic trauma and Joint Replacement surgeries, at Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research centre, Mumbai.

Dr Anurag Awasthi has special interest in handling complicated Trauma cases, old age and osteoporotic fractures and joint disorders. He is widely known for putting a personal touch in his treatment therapy.

He is currently attached to Columbia Asia hospital, & Mayom Hospital, Gurgaon; wherein he focuses on affordable care with high standards towards infection control, and patient care.
