ASR Free MP3 voice recorder

In the recordings list, the file being played back should be highlighted because it's very easy to scroll past and lose my place, especially since I don't name every recording and rely on the default timestamp. Also, asking for five stars is tacky and not cute.

Would be 5 star, but on two occasions the app has deleted recordings from drive without telling me, and without the option being clicked. Were it not for my own separate back up these would be lost. However, the app is still very good at what it does

Very slow to start recording, if ever. The ad banner always works, immediately.

Probably the best of its kind. The UI is good and the functionality is great, with lots of options. I just wish it had some more input options, such as bandpass and equalizer (which are applied as it records, not after)

The Recordings come out just great. I dont even have to change my karaoke voice to sound good. Awesome.

The app for chords just fine and the nice thing about it is that it uploads automatically to My Cloud a couple of annoying features are the you cannot pause the recording and that if you move your phone where the screen rotates from vertical to horizontal then the recording shuts off also it would be nice if there was a feature and then when I upload a file to my Google Drive it would delete it from the phone otherwise I have to do it manually

Difficult to manage. Works one minute. Wont record tje next.

This app is absolutely the best recording app I have ever found yet and I have been using it for at least 3 to 4 years .

This sound recorder really cool! Recording in MANY file formats and bitrates.. Even flac! Stereo 48khz on hifi phone rocks! WELL DONE!!!

Theres no voice enhancers but alright making music

Love this app, though it is disconcerting that i keep receiving messages that it is opening access to the microphone in the background when I'm not using it. Just noticed this behavior recently after the Oreo update. I'm now looking for an alternative since I'm not sure i can trust that this application is not recording my private conversations.

ACR is one of those apps that does one thing and does it well. Simple to use. 100% reliable. Look no further!

After the mp3 recording upgrade I'm unable to find recordings in my music player. Also the recording quality is not good when recording along with percussion instruments.

Kindly add some feature to organise the recordings effectively like giving user option of creating folders and move the recordings

Great sound recording app!! Alot of different sounds formats to choose from. I like that it supports FLAC in particular since my phone supports it.I prefer it as a lossless format to Wav which makes bigger files. You should advertise the stereo recording option more and maybe add some more color to the menus but it does what it does well!!

Finally one that WORKS. Love the widget buttons and the .Ogg support which is critical for me. A few suggestions include putting play controls in the notification when a recording is playing, so that I can pause it from outside of the app, and a way to ensure all files are synced

Has great options but is ruined by inability to write to external SD card.

This app is amazingly efficient & very discreet!! It does an amazing job for what I need!! Two Pieces of Feedback/wishes, if I may??: 1) I would like to see if there's a way for this app (& ACR) to not store recordings in Device or SD Storage if Cloud Storage is enabled. - Is there really a need to have two copies?? 2) Perhaps creating or adding its own internal/external playback feature or app with an equalizer feature that can pull voices out more clearly & / or further diminish background sound.

I wonder why so many complain about stopping after 1 mint.How strange, i'm using it on my 1+2 as well as Red Me (MI) Phones and find it a fabulous recorder and flawlessly marvelous playback app!! I got its paid version on a nominal price, after trying hundreds other recording app. Can anybody suggest me the better than this one ? 28 June 2017: This voice rec. app helps me alot as I'm a hobbiest musician & practice my creations on Roland Keyboard and Yamaha semi acc. guitar. FINALLY you wisely returned MP3 to the program.... It took a LOOOOONG time and beating my skull in frustration, but I'm glad you did. Thanks for that. ???? And also thanks for the FLAC. The best lossless audio format that Apple refuses to acknowledge that it's superior to their MP4 and AIF.

This app would be perfect except that it often fails to do the one thing it's designed to do. Lately (intermittently) my recordings fail to save properly, which is incredibly frustrating considering I paid for the full version.

Some people complain that it stops after 1 minute. That is not true you need to go into your settings and check your auto stop recording settings. The app works great.

Great recording app which makes .wav files and a range of other formats. Records stereo if you phone has two built in microphones. The only thing that is missing is the possibility to flag a particular moment in the audio during recording to easily find it later (please add this in an update!)

I just used this for the first time to record my daughter's last performance and the sound is completely garbled. Help! Everyone gives it rave reviews, why is mine so bad. I have an LG G4. I'm crying.
