Njoy Cabs- Book City Ride Taxi

Took a 3 day Indica cab from Baroda from Njoy for family road trip. Got a very good driver, car and follow up from call customer support. Rates too are very nominal.

Cannot make booking. Cannot track incoming taxi. Takes long time to load. Sometimes just hangs.

Worst application,i have tried to log in more than 20 times but till today I have never received OTP.I don't know how to book trio without response.

Worst application to book a cab! Takes an eternity for a driver to get assigned. Don't remember the times I had canceled it and called for an OLA instead, which hardly takes 4 Mins to pick up. You're losing Customers to this, and loyal ones. Also not to mention the last minute cancellations!

These guys will confirm your booking and will cancle up on you on the last minute. Its your call if you wanna book from this app or not.

Njoy is the most economic solution to radio cabs in Vadodara. It is hassle free and efficient. Anyone who is looking for a substitute for auto and 2 wheelers should opt for NJOY.

Good service I just give 4 stars because , cab not available after 1:00 AM tried lot of times and I just move to another cab service. So kindly give a useful service at all the time

service level is very poor. cancelled bookings before scheduled pick up time and do not provides timely intimation. Don't opt for this. when i make this comment and write a mail then admin has blocked my account. see the service level and response for customer feedback.

We had great experience with Njoy Cabs, the cab was arranged within 30 minutes that too on a busy Monday morning. Awesome!

We book a cab before half an hour....it doesn't show up on time.... not even after 1 hour of wait ! Plus no apologies, rather i had to cancel the cab and look for an auto in this heat.. please let me know the advantage of advance booking if the cab is never to show up... sad !

Worst service booked a cab but didn't provide cab. At the last moment they msg me We are sorry. Due to exceptional circumstances we could not provide you NJOY at your scheduled pickup time. We have cancelled your request. Taxi for sure is the best. Going to uninstall njoy.
