App does not reflect actual balance. By seeing the balance in App if you go for buying groceries or put petrol you will be in big problem. This issue is there from last 1 Month , but the team have not solved it. Atleast they would have rolled back the update to fix the bug.

Am not happy with this app and niyo card. Transaction gets declined with message as insufficient funds though there are sufficient funds in the concerned pocket or wallet. Very bad. Acceptance shows all brands like Big Bazaar, Big Basket it's only for show off. Today I tried it multiple times at Big Bazaar but declined. Why you want to misguide the customers.

My transaction was decline 2 weeks ago and case has been raised with niyo but still unable to fix. Niyo's executive saying working on it working on it but nothing happens so disgust and poor service offered to its customers.

The app s working fine as an improvement it would be better if you have a logout option. So we can use more than one account to login If we need to use 2 accounts means we should un install and then re install with a new number. I hope you guys vl b sorting out this soon

Nice work with re instating of fingerprint scanner. Now it kicks me out of the app itself... As soon as my fingerprint is detected successfully ????????????... Changing my rating from 1 to 3 as your support service is really good. Fixed my issue within a day. But there is still lot of scope of improvement in your app.

I don't like this app. I m facing do many issues. This is not user friendly app. Transaction declined if sufficient amount is there in the Niyo card. Forced to use due to my organization.

Waste app.. Forced to use by company else would have never opted for it. Works at only selected merchants for food. Claim process is slow..

OTP generation takes ages atleast 6 hrs and online order cannot be done. Pathetic Service, some how these people have seeked into corporate companies by paying comission and we employees are facing problems, i am not able to order food online as OTP generation takes 2 days and hence forth you need to pay by cash. I am really wondering how come few people have given 5 stars to the application which is not even working and has worst infrastucture Pathetic Application! Servers are always down and cannot order. Please do not refer to any friends or corporate offices or download this application. We employees have already suffering from bad services.

NiYO card is available for PAN INDIA ?? i send a mail for NiYO card signup but no reply from your side.

It is amazing that's very useful app

1. Benefits of meal and gift cards in form of master/visa card which works on all food/gift outlets, online (Flipkart/Amazon, Bigbasket, Food panda/Swiggy, Dominos etc.). 2. Different level of lock/unlock facilities a) ATM/POS/EComm channel lock, Pocket lock gives us the feasibility to control the expenses and enables us the level of security at will. 3. Can be used as spend card a) We can load the card by transferring money using NEFT/IMPS feature b) Rent/tution fee/driver/gardener/maid salary can be paid via IMPS/NEFT available in app. 4. We can gause the tax savings YTD.

I dont understand why my company has selected this niyo company or app to manange flexi benifits, as after atleast 20 issues reported about not being able to distribute the expense amount correctly, which is unnecessary headach now to figure out which account to the expense should go. Have reported several times about the main issue but even after 4 months there is literally NO UPDATE FROM THIS COMPANY. It LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. i am happy to explain the situation in extreme detail provided they are willing to solve it ASAP.... ?????????????

One of the best solution which a corporate can think off for Flexible benefits. It best serves the purpose by easing out the life of an employee as well as the employer. Cheers????

there was 670 balance in meal voucher, and other allowance have 53 balance. total 723. when I swiped the card at hotel for 700RS, it should have deducted 670 from meal voucher and remaining from main balance right?. why transaction got declined. I can use this card anywhere right? Then y it got declined. thankfully I had money in hand otherwise what would be my position. what kind of service is this? Disgusting service

(4) +1 stars for the recent improvements in app. Thanks for allowing PDF attachment as receipt. You guys really care for customers. Also I liked that autofilling of copied acccount details in transfers feature. That really made things smooth for me. Keep it up.

It doesn't support HTML format. It takes more than a week to update the customer on any status change in the claims. It doesn't recognize if you have re-updated the claim in-process.

Older version was better.After the update now everytime login consumes too much loading time into the home screen.Always need to login ..that's not good .

I think this app needs much usability testing. There is no option to upload any other file formats.
