Not helpful ek dam bekar complaint par koi action nahi hota apko massage a jata hai ki apka complaint solve ho gaya hai

Worse application. Unable to complain regarding Road problem. Ward office land line numbers display as an emergency number which never give you reply after office hours and on holidays.

Hopeless aap. Do nothing, and for formality they just call us after 20 days or 1 month.

Functions of app is not working properly i have try number of time but complaints are not submitted.

Tax payment easily submitted but complaint not submitted. Maybe this app not accepting complain.

Hangs all the time! Useless. Full of spelling errors.

Third class app like Vadodara Municipality and Vadodara municipal mayaor.

Worst App... Not Download ... Not Open Complain box...

Wrote lots of but due to local validation failed entire writing lost. Before smart city make smart app. Also once complaint Lodge no action has been taken by corporation. Some complaint revert by call to me but then nothing happened. All time user data need to fill in every complaint.

Was overwhelmed by the spontaneity of the response. But still restrictions are there in the services provided by VMC. Otherwise App is good and little more lookwise cud be improved like photo uploading like in previous version and also the complaint tracking system. It seems earlier the response was quite spontaneous but now it has deteriorated. I expect the work does not get ruined in the process.

Useless application. No one do anything when complaint done from app. N the customer service says that we have informed respective ward n department, but no one bother to anything. Typical sarakari job..... Achhe din kab ayenge?????

Best Application... my complain was solved with 2hrs of booking online complain for Removal of Dead animal near our residence.

Worst app i feel.. no information available at all. I was about to checking my birth certificate but no proper info. Really disappointed with kind of app.

I have paid Property Tax through this app but didn't receive payment receipt, for the same issue lodge the complain but there is no any response. This app is useless.

I Lodge my complain inperson at ward office as well as onthis app. But still there is no revert, when I complain online in revert SMS come to say ur complain no. Is so n so will get in touch shortly....but when..... No reply no followup no complain status inquiry menu. Draft any time frame for particular services so atleast people expect that though there is no reply frm ur end but still their complain Sud resolved in perticular time-frame.

There should be facility of status of complaint sothat person can know whether corporation is working on it or not. Also there should be close button on user side so if the problem is resolved user can close that or viceversa.hope developers look into it.thank you

I complained for related to water quality. Problem taken care & recvd call from dept. But still require improvement like list of complaints file by us,closing of complaints, opened complaints , automatic location pick based on gps etc. These are very small changes which will help u allot. One last thing pls advertise about this app as very few people know about this. Now we qualified for smart city it would be help u allot to achieve ur goal.

App design is good but also make some changes like login, previous complain status and most important is proper attendance of our complain from their relevant department. Till department not solve the problem of public, there is everything is waste of time and waste of money for making such a app. Please do really helpful for public for making Smart City Vadodara.

job opportunity is gonna increased ,the approach of vmss is mind blowing by digitizing the whole current needs of the people . the app work quite satisfying ,in a way the speed is fast when scrolling from one sub to other.more facilities should also be included #smart city vadodara #proud #vadnagar

In India complains are logged out with latest technology or manually it's tack to much time for solving...Tomorrow night I complained about dead animals still it not resolve.

Make everyones life easy, now dont take leave, everything is possible with this, I did water leakage complain and it is resolved,

App not updated routine...expiry jobs are being shown

This app does work properly&steps are taken to solve the issues.still needs some improvements i.e* now after update cannot upload photos in complaints section which was possible in older version,*issues are not resolved on fast track basis.

App is not working...will vadodara really become a smart city?

Try to register complain after submitting form gives bug and no option in dropdown to select while filling form.

I m not satisfied,Remove illegal construction and encroachment Dept and status of the complaint should be there in the App.
