I've had some successful orders with them , but for my latest order they never delivered. The delivery guy never called at all. The worst part of this app is their "Contact Us" feature. It's just a form which I'm not sure they even take a look at. Their delivery policy also states that they would inform in advance in case of delay - but I did not get any such advance warning. Edit : I got the order finally. Please keep your customers informed in future in case of any delay in delivery.
