At the touch of a button—or automatically in the event of an airbag deployment — INFINITI Connection response specialists can request emergency services, connect you to roadside assistance, or help the police locate your vehicle in the unfortunate event that it becomes stolen. You can also receive alerts on your device if your vehicle’s alarm is triggered.
CONFIDENCE*
Drive Zone, Max Speed and Valet alerts allow you to monitor how your INFINITI is being driven, even when someone else is behind the wheel. Enable the Maintenance Alerts to receive a notification if a malfunction indicator light is triggered in your vehicle.

This app is terrible. First I couldn't enter the zip code. Then when I found a way around that I entered my VIN & it says vehicle already exists & boots you out complete...and if you try to log in it asks if you want to enter the VIN again. Hit no...get booted out. Crazy.

This app is very limited in terms of functionality. Intermittently fails when trying to send lock/unlock command. Other features don't really provide much value. Given the vehicle has remote start why isn't there a remote start option in the app? This would be useful when slightly out of range with key fob and could be limited using geofencing if there was concer about starting too far away (ie, need to be within a few hundred yards). Overall wouldn't be worth annual fee after 6 month trial.

Absolutely worthless. Thank goodness this thing is free for a year because it worthless. All you can do is lock and unlock your car, and that only works maybe 10% of the time.
