NissanConnect® Services for Android
Well, here we go again! App stopped working after working flawlessly for a few days... This is beyond belief! What an I paying for? Why can't they keep this App working properly? What are they doing? The help desk at Nissan has no clue, they can't tell me anything. This is infuriating! So back down to one star... Should be less!!!!!
It took a month to get the service connected because of bugs. Now that the service is connected the app does not work at all. I can use the functions from my computer, just not the app. What a waste.
2016 Maxima Platinum. App is super buggy, keeps displaying a countdown timer after the car has been driven. Let the screen sleep and the time is interrupted from a remote start. Really wish I could for the team and decision makers here. Unreal this day and age. The original app worked much better... This one does work most of the time, but really laggy.
2 months since the update and app still sucks. At least they gave me an extra month so I can keep trying the useless app. I'm not paying 24.99 for something that doesn't work. Go back to the previous app, it was working 100%, not as pretty as the new one but it did work. Now things work 10-20% of the time. I'm sure Nissan spent lot of money designing these vehicles to connect online, bit the app doesn't work. FIX IT.
LOVE the interface ... Right after the update nothing would work. I've not used it for a few days and tried again. Deleted, reinstalled. Still doesn't work. The "call" button to contact customer service doesn't even work.
After update, app is useless. Waste of money. This app has worked less than 10% since purchase of truck in April.
App still not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted phone. Not sure what else to try. Want a refund for subscription costs.
If I knew Nissan wasn't going to have this feature available for two months after I bought the car I might have went with Honda seriously this is a joke. 2 months in and same thing. Nissan should be embarrassed of this garbage right now..get your coders working already how long does it take to fix a freaking app???????!!!!!!
Horrible... Works 1 out of 50 tries... You need st step up your game if you want people to pay for subscription at 6 month trial
This is app is wonderful now that it finally works!! After 2 months its 100% perfect!! Melissa at nissan connect services is my hero!!

Only complaint I have is about the watch, I have a Gear S3 you only made the app compatible with Android Wear........UGH!!!!!

Stopped working....
I've had my car for 6 months and haven't been able to activate connect services from day one. Nissan or the dealer have been of no help. HORRIBLE
Since the update the app is slow as hell and half the time it don't work they should go back to the old one till they can get it fix cause now it like a waste of money paying for something that don't work Nissan need to get it together
Update is terrible. Can't log in. What's the point of paying a monthly service fee, if you can't connect to your vehicle?
Used to be very helpful. Now completely useless since last update. Does not recognize VIN.
Worked fine... update basically disabled features. Horrible customer service reps on phone.
The update won't allow me to login. Major fail!! Still can't login. 9/8 pm
@ least I'm not the only 1, I guess. I don't want anyone else getting jacked for not reason with such smooth, fresh & clean vehicles and there's not nun smooth fresh about this dirty app. Thanks for Nissan.

I called and the operator told me they were having website issues after the app updated on 9/5/17. She advised to "wait a few days" and try to login again. I asked about my time that is passing without being functional. She said I will get an email extending my free trial 30 days. I'm not holding my breath...
This update did nothing but make everything worse. Absolutely NOTHING works on this app. Can't even login in & once I did get into the app the features no longer work. App is no longer attached to my vehicle. This was a complete waste of an update
I was using it until this update broke the app. I keep getting "cannot fetch car list" when trying to log in. Logged in to the website and verified my login and car is there.
Absolutely NOTHING works after the latest 3.0 update. Ridiculous.
Dont update to the new version!! It broke the connection to my car. It now shows 2016 null!

This app is a POS. Doesn't work and customer service is no help, and not friendly. Worse app I ever have down loaded. Waste of time and money. Use Bluetooth dies same thing for free.
This is not the right app. The correct app is Nissan Connect. Only Nissan Connect. Not Nissan Connect services or that other mess. My Nissan Connect app works fine. Download it

Not Android Auto, but this is what they point to. They want to nickel and dime you so much you could take the money and buy a new radio or another car that has it already.
After experiencing Uconnect with Jeep, I am greatly disappointed in this app. It is quite useless. It would be great if remote start was available on 2017 Rogue since that is probably the most practical feature this time of year and if notifications came through email not just the app. Will give better review if the app is improved.
Useless. I signed the papers but it's my wife's vehicle so she doesn't seem to be allowed to use it. My new furnace has a better thought out and designed set of technology than my new vehicle. I expected better, much better, from Nissan.
It rarely works. I will try to start my vehicle and go outside a few minutes later and it's not running. A couple hours later, I will get an email saying it failed to start. It gives various reasons as to why it didn't, locks, key fob in vehicle, etc., None of witch are the problem. Good idea, nice if it worked...

Just purchased a Murano 17.5 and it's been a whole month trying this app. Customer service claims they are working on it but app still does not work and no one from customer service has called me back to update me on status. This is terrible! Customer service needs to step up its game....
