NYC Mta Bus Tracker Pro

Thank you for taking the time to read my previous review, and then fix the problem. I really appreciate it. You guys deserve the 5 stars for the work that you're doing. This app is a life saver when it comes to catching buses. #satisfieduser

App keeps freezing!!! At times it won't even open

It was a great app until you took away the time; NOBODY cares about how many miles away a bus is; The wait time is what's important; Please add the time back

You need to make a Windows phone version of this app. There are no bus tracker app for that platform and I need window users need it.

Can't save routes

Dec 22, 2016 - what got is MY ROUTES; when you can't even save them? Interesting, but why dont you adddess your feedbacks like the other developers do? July 27 2016 even still after all this time this app is still a piece of.......(initially wrote) $ucks. Come on already get it together already

Let me guess, never going to fix the app, but are going to start charging for it one day. "Please wait".. and never goes away. Wait for what?! For me to break my phone out of frustration!? Can't blv this is the most reliable app there is. But thats MTA for you!! Get it together MTA get it tf together already!!!! Cant save routes, inaccurate statuses, etc.

This WAS the best bus tracking app until updates totally screwed it up. It is working again, but you still can not save your favorite routes.

Works intermittently. Buses disappear from time to time. All of a sudden I can't save a route. Sometimes shows buses on a line, at other times shows no buses anywhere on the line, but if you select the stop you're at, it will show 3 or 4 buses on their way. C'mon guys get it together!

The app works perfectly except that it doesn't track SBS routes. It makes absolutely no sense that I can't track a bus just because I pay my fare at the curb. I would give it 5 stars if it worked on SBS buses.

Can't save routes can't set alarm sometimes can't even track because it claims there are no buses which is false of course. Very frustrating I hardly use it and I'm surprised when it works

It USED to work before latest update-NOW IT DOESN'T SAVE BUS ROUTES! I have SEVERAL bus lines that I use since I DON'T drive! Fix this! ASAP! Used to like the previous version-this is now a piece of guano! You lost a customer!

This app will not allow me to save my favorite stops nor does allow me to set reminders.

Latest update is not giving or showing accurate travel time of bus and can't save anything to my favorite. Pretty annoying what's the use of having this app??? Uninstalling!!

Doesn't work for the bus line M23-SBS or M34-SBS

Always freezes and gives me this message (including typo). So I have to go to MTA Bus Time app which doesn't crash.

Developer was quick to respond and kept in touch after app stopped working. Out of all the bus apps for NYC MTA this is by far the best. Thanks for your hard work and quick response. Great app!!

Not pleased. Was excellent at first. Keeps crashing nowadays. When its working, its awesome. But fails more often than not.
