Nine Mail - Best Biz Email App for Android
Great app, been using for years. Though have weird bug lately when using multiple corporate Outlook accounts, when I send a meeting invite to myself in the other company, Nine automatically deletes my original calendar invite. Had to remove my client Outlook from Nine and go back to using only for primary employer.
Since devices are getting bigger and wider, one small request. An option to have new emails show up at the bottom of the screen. Its makes one hand user experience far better. U have an option to show new email at the bottom, but that makes the user scroll way at the bottom. I am asking about Bottom of the screen without having to scroll down
Supports Exchange functionality better than Microsoft Outlook for Android. Excellent user interface. Rich text editing of email and full HTML signature. Tasks and notes fully supported. Contacts and calendar integrate with Android's. What's not to like? Taking stars off because one dislikes one tiny feature is churlish.
The ultimate Exchange/Office 365 mobile app. It's incredible this developer has created a app that's light years ahead of Microsoft's efforts (even after buying a competing app). Harnesses all of the capabilities of the desktop version of Outlook on your phone. Bravo!
Great app but for some reason, the inbox on the app crashes after I've archived messages on my PC and reports as "internal error". All other folders continue syncing correctly.
What everyone else says. It's clean, quick, and easy to use. Beautiful interface, supports full detailed signatures, no complaints here. Well worth the ten bucks.
You want to access work email, but they enforce PIN or password on your device? This app allows you to use app-based authentication instead.
As an IT provider, it was hard to find a single Android email solution that could accommodate every client's needs. My search ends here! Nine provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface while also offering some of the enterprise-grade features that have yet to roll out in the Outlook app. I highly recommend it!
Excellent app that is reliable and easy to use. Syncs very reliably. Love it. Very intuitive. Better than the MS Outlook app, in my opinion.
I have been using this app for 2+ years. It was the best email app when I started using it and only got better with time. Totally worth it.
I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that Nine is currently better than Microsoft's pitiful Outlook for Android effort by an order of magnitude. It might be expensive but once you see the work that's gone into it you see why. There are many layers to this impressive onion of an app. Everyone has their own workflow when it comes to handling email. Many email apps force you to work differently by presenting you with an oversimplified and static UX (see aforementioned Outlook for Android), but Nine is practically as configurable as the Windows client, meaning you can set it up to fit how you already work. My favourite features are the email scheduling function, the VIP list with it's own notification rules and the support for 3rd party calendar apps, but frankly there's so much I'm yet to discover. The only omission I'd mention is that sadly like most Exchange apps there is no Public Folder support. My organisation still uses Public Folders for shared calendars and such; currently I'm using another app for Public Folder syncing but I think it would be simpler to have it all handled in Nine. Otherwise I can't fault this app. I especially recommend it if you find the alternatives lack customisation options.
But it is one of the more expensive apps - $9.99US on sale. But I don't want a calendar. Hope it can be disabled.
I have tried all available apps in this caregory, but Nine is the absolutely best one. Very professional designed, very flexible with a huge number of personal setting options. Highly recommendable.
It works, looks stunning, but completely retarded to be the only email app in the entire app store that does not support Gmail, and yet we expected to pay for it?
This is glorious. Far better than how Android handles Exchange. How about IMAP and PGP support as well?
Another generic, useless app with no SORT FUNCTION and tons of fake reviews
Very good app but feedback doesn't work, it opens an email to share with someone. Also can't find the purchase option.
This app is great. Will give 5 stars if you add OWA support to make this the ultimate business email app!
Awesome email app. I've been using it for years. This has everything needed to manage emails and tasks.
Kicks ass. Can't rave about it enough.
Widgets need significant improvement and focus, especially calendar widget. I have to use another app to bridge the gap.
Just great By far best E-Mail experience on Android, maybe even on all smartphones!
Rich formating in Arabic is bugged other than that it's a great App.
Discovered this is just trial software. Back to bluemail for me.
Only the cost is bit high!! So reduce it
One of the best email apps on Android, for sure.
Easy to use for work email on your personal phone.
Why not gmail support??
Simply the best email client for android.
The best!

I have been searching for decent email app with activesync and encryption support. I tried many apps but none of them meet my expectations. I then came across nine and since then it is my mail mail client on android. The Push notifications works like a charm. I like the delay in notifying user when receiving email. When I am at work I use desktop email client. I have the very same account setup on my phone. This app doesn't notify if the email has been read on desktop client in few seconds of receiving email which saves your phone pinging on every inbox email. The encryption works really very well. The app very light weight and is easy on battery. The design is very elegant and easy to use. The speed and loading time is pretty impressive. This app and I have long way to go. I really appreciate the work done here by 9folder.
Zomg. LOVE it! I've tried a bunch, but as an exec asst I have to have a full-bodied, robust app that manages tasks, contacts and meetings no matter where I am. Sad to say, Nine is much better than the MS Outlook app (we use 365 corporately) I ADORE the text-view convo mode!!! Going to look for a desktop add-in that does the same thing! Definitely worth the dough in a magnificently simple cost-benefit analysis!
I have tried at least a dozen email apps over the last couple of years (including Microsoft's own Outlook app) and this one is - hands down - the best. Fluid, intuitive, full of features, and rock-solid stable. I would have gladly paid $30 for this app, but at $10, it's an absolute steal. I'll never again use another email app for work. Kudos to the developers. A job well done.
Best Android email app for MS Exchange emails. Full of robust features and all for a reasonable price. I didn't even let my 2 week trial finish before I knew I had to keep it. You are able to tag select folders for syncing, create VIP contacts, and even use different ringers/vibrations for different folders. You can also categorize emails using tags built in Microsoft Office.
For some reasons, compared to another paid app, this one has a very disturbing delay in pushing emails/notifications when my phone is in sleep/locked.. don't know why but this is the main reason for not proceed with a purchase although it has a very nice and clean gui way better than the other app(you know which) :-)

I just love this app. Best Exchange app I have used for IOS or Android. First app that has category support, which is what I was looking for. Cannot wait for the IOS version to launch so that I can use it on my iPad! Edit: Downgrading to 4 stars due to only syncing 2 weeks from my Exchange work account. This is not ideal. UPDATE 23/04/2017: Back to 5 stars. I can now sync all my emails, it was an admin setting on the server, apologies.
