Never works

Doesn't update in real time. Takes hours to show current location and status on car. Most settings do not work/reset on the app even after saving them for geofences and so on. Expected way more for a GPS/tracking device. Total disappointment.

The email updates are 2-3 hours delayed, disable ignition feature DOES NOT WORK. Now, I can't even select or see my vehicle. Once I log in, the screen is blank with a search option that does nothing (even after deleting the app and re-installing). With a useless app, how do you track your vehicle Nimbo?

Installed it on my android to track my car. Instead it tracks my phone. Useless app.

After once or twice it doesn't work anymore! Stuck...

I really enjoy the user friendly features. I just got it installed and my experience has been great. Additionally, customer service is always professional and courteous.

After downloading the app when I bought my new truck it was great. Then the new update for the app came out and since then I haven't been able to view my vehicle. If it actually worked I'd give it 5 stars

App continually crashes on selecting the vehicle. Suspect that the tracker is interfering with other car systems.

App doesn't work, crashes as soon as I select my vehicle. Please fix.

Keeps freezing doesn't work at all

This app alerted me when my battery was draining. Eli, he ... walked me through the process of setting up multiple geo fences. He explained this would allow me to track my company vehicles when they enter or leave a certain boundry. Track your company vehicles the easy way...track your teenagers too...keep them safe, I do..

System doesn't really work waste of $700. Shows where my car was 2 days ago. Can't pick up where my car currently is. What a scam! The map updates are way too slow. Can you hire some UX people who know what they are doing and do proper business analysis when putting the interface together.

Before the latest update the map would never show up but it would tell you where the vehicle was correctly. Now after update the map shows up but vehicle is always showing at home on map.

The gps service gives me comfort in knowing where my vehicles are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The speed alerts & geofence settings are amazing! I would recommend this to every family & business that would like the ultimate tool to secure your investments.

Paid for the extra service when i bought my new car, now its not working so im paying the extra for nothing now, can't even track my car, theres no refresh button from what i see on the map, and to make it worse the dealership won't cancel it from my account therefore im just throwing money away for a ponitless app, im very upset at this. Basically im being rob of my money here.

I thought the app was only good if the car was stolen but as I played more with the app I found out it even works if I forget where I parked at the mall.

I used to call my dad to see how far away he was from picking me up from school, now I don't have to, I can just look at the app

The app is very easy to use. It has many more functions than the last version. Very user friendly and very functional.

App will not allow me to log onto system.

I switched from an iPhone to an Android and the GPS App is very different. My HTC lacks the Sattelite view and when in Hybrid mode it does not provide all the map details as the iPhone5. Please make adjustments.

The app is ok, but when trying to change alerts, it bugs out and doesn't save the setting properly... It switches back... And the app could greatly benefit from having more control, like deleting alert messages, etc... And Triumph is not even on the list of vehicles!

I like knowing where my vehicle is. It is interesting seeing where I normally go. Hopefully the app gets a little smarter over time. You should probably advertise the Android app better. I thought it was iBoner only initially. Only found this app on a whim.
