What have you done to it?! Worked fine-ish before but since a couple of days ago the lay out has changed a little amd I can't seem to get it to connect. It says it's downloading photos, but none are? Wasted so much time trying to get this to work. Please fix or go back to how it was at least

Can't connect my D5600 to my phone using wifi it requires only Bluetooth though it has a wifi capability. It connects only to wifi after being connected from Bluetooth. And photo transfer takes ages. Literally sucks. No option in D5600 to switch wifi on or off. This app needs a hell lot of work and the D5600 needs a firm ware update for wifi. Hope to see an update soon. Also why to use both Bluetooth and Wifi both together huh?????? This App states in Note: Both Bluetooth and Wifi should be on. If both on how are you going to save batter even if u use low power Bluetooth. Rethink and redesign this app.

After countless hours I'll never get back (and no help from Nikon Support), I figured out that the Snapbridge app won't work in conjunction with other apps on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I dug out my old Samsung Galaxy S4, uninstalled any apps I had downloaded, and installed Snapbridge. It finally works. This is hugely annoying and disappointing. I suspect the Fitbit app is one of the biggest conflicts since it also uses the Bluetooth connection. The Snapbridge app should be able to run with other Bluetooth connected devices, but unfortunately that's not the case. Very disappointed, this app is a joke.

Worked fine until I factory reset my phone now it will no,t pair and no solution from Nikon. I called and they said my camera was defective yet it worked fine before and works fine on other phones. Samsung S7, one of the most popular phones out and Nikon can't even make it work with it and seems not doing anything to fix the problem.. as of right now, DO NOT BUY A NIKON if you are going to rely on Snapbridge. I wished I would have read the reviews first.

It's been said a million times before but after two days, three different tech support employees, and a ridiculous amount of wasted time, I have to say how TERRIBLE this app is. I bought the camera for it's ability to connect directly with my smartphone, and it won't work. No one knows why. But it won't. It says "failed to pair" every single time. They need to stop advertising that it can connect with smartphones until they figure this out.

Having purchased a new Nikon B700 camera yesterday I followed the installation procedures to download and install the correct version for my Samsung S5 phone. Was finally told the two devices were connected and I could transfer photos to the phone. BUT IT NEVER DID. Useless software Nikon, get your act together and produce and test software that actually works!!!

by C####:

I wish I would have read ALL the reviews but I like to develop opinions of my own. This APP would never sync my phone with my camera. I'm assuming it's because of my fitbit. However this is suppose to make it lives more convenient due to accessibility then it shouldn't matter what apps I have in my phone. I'm highly irritated with this process. I bought this version because of what I thought I could do. I would have sent with the cheaper camera.

by C####:

Was worried when I'd bought my camera (d5600) and saw the reviews but it works great for me. I have a Samsung s6 edge and it's worked perfectly from the start. Transferring the photos is a little bit slow but you can't have it all! If you keep Bluetooth on on both devices you don't even have to worry about it as it will transfer them straight away!

I loved it for the first 2 weeks, but since yesterday, I can not get it to connect or transfer photos anymore.. Please help. Loved it, now beyond frustrated! I have a Nikon D3400 and LG V10. Thanks in advance. I'm sure Nikon will do its best to resolve this and make everyone happy?!

This new update keeps downloading corrupted versions of the JPEGs on my D500, even though the files look fine in-camera and on my PC. Every JPEG downloaded is corrupted! The older version of Snapbridge didn't do this, but the new version does. Highly dissapointed with this update!!! Edit to add; I got a new phone, the Samsung S7, and now the D500 will not connect to the phone at all. I tried several different times, tried installing and uninstalling the app, but it made no difference. This app is now completely and utterly useless.

I've been trying to connect it and figure out what's wrong for like three hours. I went to everyone I know. But the app just says pairing failed while the camera says it works. I looked into everything and it still won't work. I really hope your company is working on this app because I was really looking forward to it.

Won't pair a HTC Desire with strong WiFi connection to a Nikon A900. Set up steps clear, however do not work and help for connection problems confusing. Downloaded three other apps in hopes of solving connection issue, none have worked. Disappointed.

C70%
by C####:

Holy smokes. Nikon, you have got to pick up your A game. Whoever approved of this app to be released should be fired, I mean for it to even get this far. This app and the wmu app are such a disgrace for the awesome cameras you guys make. Get with the times. Just because you guys are big doesn't mean you can be stubborn about your flawed ways. The bigger you are, the harder you fall. And trust me, as a D500 owner, I would not want to see that.

So was there an update in recent days? I had gotten a new phone and can't seem to connect with my Nikon D3400 which was not an issue with my previous phone. It would make alot of sense if it was the app failing to connect. Please fix the issue soon as the app was pretty awesome before this "update"

Needs to be able to store to sd card. Consumes way too much device memory. No select all for batch deleting. 5- 10% of pictures corrupt during transfer. Won't allow automatic transfer of original res files. Forces use of nikon cloud storage, no connection to something practical like dropbox. Wouldn't have bought the camera if I'd known how limited the wireless software was.

I bought a Nikon just for this app. When I first got the camera in late January, this app worked fine. I went away to Japan for a few weeks. When I came back home, the app wouldn't work with the camera anymore. I suppose an update broke the app. Snapbridge doesn't work on my iPad either. Really annoyed because I bought the camera hoping to use this app.

WHAT HAPPENED NIKON!!!??? Bought my first DSLR camera and now this app doesn't work any more. It's been weeks now and NOTHING done. I've updated my firmware and have the latest SnapBridge app, and NOTHING. Let's go, pick it up guys and make your customers happy. 2nd guessing myself from buying the Nikon brand instead of a Canon.

Won't pair, no matter what. I've followed the View Help instructions: enable GPS, press OK on both my phone and the camera at the same time but nope. Camera says pairing was successful, the app says it failed. What a terrible app. Samsung GS7.

After I had to do Factory reset on my Samsung S7 I cannot get Snapbrige aka BROKEBRIDGE to work! You just did a firmware upgrade a month ago for the IOS users to fix their connection issues, why in the world can you not send out a firmware update for the rest (and majority) of the world? I guess I have to dig up my Eye-fi Mobi card to work with with my Android!! Thankfully, they have their (cr) app together

Not happy! Had this on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and it worked fine even with the FitBit app... Had to get a different phone because mine broke and now I can't pair with my camera. I now have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Please fix the issue. I loved the app on my old phone.

Snap bridge is absolutely rubbish app. I checked Nikon's website and it says it works with D7200 but I have tried and tested without any success. Shame on Nikon's software programmers no wonder people are switching to different camera systems like Sony.

C70%

Completely useless. You cannot get original size photos from the camera. Their support people tell you to talk to the people who sold you the camera... They take no responsibility for their terrible app.

After 100 attempts.. installation and uninstallation.. finally was able to transfer a few photos.. when connected my d3400 to my Ipad pro , ALL THE FILES CAME WITH A NAME TEMPORARY !! So maximum got overwritten.. 2nd when i tried in my S3 neo.. again same issues.. finally got hold of it.. And the major issue.. i have to unpair and pair my camera every single time I connect.. which is very frustrating !!! Please update it !

Loved this app when I had it paired to my Galaxy Note5. it worked GREAT. But my Note was replaced with a Galaxy 7S and IT WILL NOT PAIR! I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, deleted all paired items on my phone and camera, shut both off and on and followed EVERY DIRECTION it said to do when there were problems to no avail. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted to utilize it this weekend.

Spent $2000 on a D500 because this app was supposed to be able to connect to my phone for GPS and automatically download pictures. Worked great for a couple of days and then complete failure. What a HUGE disappointment. Really Nikon? Making me think that my switch from Canon may have been a stupid mistake on my part.

Everything was fine example up until two days ago. Now I'm having good trouble connecting and when I fo connect my devi6to the camera it is no longer downloading the photos into my gallery. What's up.??? It was working so well for the first two weeks and I loved it.

If you have an s7 edge DO NOT BOTHER installing. Does not work. So far absolutely no help from Nikon. If I had some oddball phone I could understand, but the galaxy phones are somewhat *sarcasm* popular.

Doesn't work. D500 and Samsung S7. Auto downloaded one image when I first got the camera and set it up 9 months ago and hasn't worked since. It will connect for remote shooting but that's it. Camera and phone both show connected. Please fix. Camera firmware is up to date.

Though conceptually app is thoughtful , but coding wise the Worst ever app by any global company. Every new update worsening the performance. It will connect over WiFi only if you are lucky at that moment. Huge battery drainer. I wish if there was Half Star rating, I would give that.

I cannot figire out how to pair my S7edge to the Camera. there is little information available to get my phone paired to my camera. this app and camera are not working at all. what a waste of time. :/ DO NOT waste your time trying to use this app.

I'm not tech savy so maybe I'm no doing something right. I bought the coolpix A900, I tried downloading the photos from the camera onto my phone, it wouldn't and then my WiFi connection on my phone is disabled. The NFC doesn't work either. My phone and the camera is "pair". I have a Samsung note 4. Am I doing something wrong. Why does it have to be this complicated? Help?!?!

Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 6.0.1, D3400 C 1.11. When downloading selected images they arrive viewable but the color is wrong. Like the top part of the image has correct color and from some scanline on the RGB color coding has changed. Probably a bluetooth transfer error that's not properly intercepted and handled or similar. I can't use it like this. Unfortunately the d3400 has no wifi, thus no wireless functionality at all for now.

Stopped working since android update 7.0. Have spoke with Nikon many times and they say it should work fine but I have since found a statement on nikon own website that it is not compatible with android 7.0.

Fix this app or I want my money back for the brand new dslr I just bought. My brand new Nikon d3400 will not pair with my phone both of which are brand new and free of defect. Snapbridge is one of the biggest reasons why I bought a Nikon.
