Just purchased your film scanner and the app crashes on me and my girlfriends Samsung s7 edges and I've reinstalled on both devices. Can you sort it out as at the moment I have a useless scanner. Thank you. I'm sure you will sort it and I can then give 5 stars.

Doesn't focus with any of the spacers provided. With my Galaxy note 5 also the rubber grommet doesn't fit the camera lens and in doing so keeps it from sitting flat on the scanning bed

I couldn't access any of the controls. The control button was greyed out. So, I couldn't set type of film, brightness, contrast, or focus. I'm keeping the scanner in case the app gets fixed. Any reason why it works great on some Androids, but at all on others?

This app would be a very useful tool if the capture button worked. I'm on a Galaxy S6 Edge.

After using this app on iOS, I couldn't be happier with its performance on my Droid. I just scanned three rolls of film using this app and my Lomography Smartphone Scanner. The app performed flawlessly; not one crash, every photo looks awesome and all of the photos are automatically stored in their own folder on my phone! On iOS this app is garbage; photos are tiny, the app crashes constantly and it's basically impossible to use. On Android it's fabulous!!! I'm so glad I finally switched to Android! **I do have HDR turned on when using the app**
