Needs work everthing works but music. Need help

I have the same problems that were noted by the other reviews. Just bought it today and was excited to use the features, but the app does not work. It shows a menu on the screen just like shown in the instruction manual, but it is useless. Pretty tree, but disappointed. Fix it before Christmas! !! I dont even see the "5***" reviews!

It is a great way to control the tree

All functions work as advertised. Tested on older galaxy nexus. Two problems, there is a limit to the number of songs - about 50. Auto advanced skips 2, not when manually going to next song.

Put your device, if a cell phone into airplane mode, then connect to the tree and you can control it. Galaxy Note 3. Controls work great for the lighting modes and timer settings. No issue after that. Must put phone in airplane mode to control it if it isn't working.

This app connects with my tree . You must make sure your wifi is connected to show tree . I can play music wireless from phone to my tree . Set up a timer . Change light pattern . I'm using a note 3.

I am able to connect to the tree and adjust lights. But not able to play music through show tree app. I was able to play music at the tree using a different app.

When you download this stupid thing, it comes a FREE network, and "we" used 40GB for 3 days, the network is very strong, but it uses like double more GB than our original network, and is impossible for us to use 40gb in 3 days, and we're guessing probably the neighbors are using the free network call"show tree" and there is no way to set a password for show tree but when you unplug the tree's electricity, the show tree network is gone, but what's the point of having a decorated tree without any lights??? So guys, I'm warning you, don't download this.

I installed it on my Galaxy S4, works perfectlt well, only problem is it only has two songs in the music part, how do I add more christmas music? moeordoqui@gmail.com

I can see the tree strong signal but sense it doesnt have internet my phone disconnects. Samsung galaxy 3. Does iphone work?

Guys the wifi for the tree is not supposed to let u on the Internet, it's to send signals from the phone to the tree. Very good 10/10 would bang

This does not work at all. It says there is no music. Won't set a timer. Won't turn tree off or on. No settings or anything more than a menu screen and a timer screen. I was so excited when my manual that came with my awesome tree said this app would control my tree. It doesn't do anything. Samsung s4.

Tree won't connect to my phone, Galaxy S4. It connects to my son's phone LG POS (Lucid) I don't get it. It's my phone TOO smart for the tree? HELP!

Working and selling these trees, I set my own personal phone, the Sony xperia ZL. With its own WiFi connectivity on the phone, it detected the tree and the music on the phone once this app was installed. Maybe the issue with WiFi connectivity on other phones is they are locked to the cell carrier and limit connectivity with other devices. Verify before making a fair review on any apps that may not work properly...

Galaxy Note 3. I can see the Show Tree network. Signal strong. But when I try to connect, I get error "internet not available".

This app does nothing. It won't find my tree. It doesn't see any music on my phone. It is not even clear how to pair with my tree. Disappointing. Uninstall. LG G2.
