Nielsen Mobile App

Even though the app is in the background, it slowed down my non-top-of-the-line phone significantly when it came to opening websites. Once I removed it, the delay was gone. Unfortunate.

Took a few days to get my password to do my official login on the reward page. And it's been a week now and don't see no points other than points that welcomed me for signing up to their app. Shows it is running in the background. I'll give it another week to either give it more stars or rank it one star.

Doesn't let you log in to see your rewards

Active for over a week, but still not earning points. Doesn't say how to earn points.

Can not log in

I think maybe it doesn't work with my phone...I have a ZTE blade Max. First of all, it says I'm active on my phone and computer but when I log into the website, it says neither are active. Then, even though it claims it won't interfere with anything on your phone, I cannot do anything in any other app without it refreshing every 2 seconds, literally, and erasing anything I've done in the app. Deleting it on both my phone and computer since I can't actually use them properly for the app to read the data on my use anyways.

I have been using the app for quite some time and have gotten several rewards from it so they do deliver the rewards. The app is extremely easy to use. It just runs in the background and you get rewarded for it, pretty nice exchange for FREE money! I wish there were more apps like this. One thing I would like to see is points given more frequently. It takes a pretty long time to get a $5 Amazon gift card. I think points should be given a few times a month. Points could even be given based on how often you actually use the device and based on new sites you visit and apps you download and use.

Wait!! If your thinking about uninstalling because you cant log in to the rewards website I know why I had the same problem and what you have to do is be patient they will email you your password eventually then you can go in and change it to whatever u want so have patience ????

Don't know why people complaint just because they don't know how to use it.

I'm getting ready to delete this app. It keeps disconnecting. Why would I want to keep something that keeps disconnecting itself?? Fix this problem and I will put it back on my phone.

After months of not working I have figured it out. So when you log in you will get so many error messages. So, I guess when they updated their systems, it changed the format for passwords. So, keep your user name, click on forgot password, they will email u a generic password, login it with generic password, go straight to account changes and put in new password. The problem was that the new passwords require one capital letter, one number and a symbol. So this is why your old one won't work.
