I just installed this app and immediately had one issue, I'm unable to receive any alerts of any kind as its telling me that my location services is not activated or it's disabled and to turn on my location services. My location services is turned on and my other applications which access my location such as weather and maps are able to determine my location just this application isn't detecting my location oddly. So far out of the box this app is getting a "D" on its report card. If the location determination issue isn't fixed and the rest of the app doesn't meet my needs it'll get an "F" on it's report card and it'll be uninstalled.
