App worked great before update. Now I can't get into it. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled it six times and still can't get it. Called VDGIF and they said they would call me back in a couple of days. It's been 2 weeks. Call back never came. Emails go unanswered. I myself know several friends who also can't get into app. I can't get any response from VDGIF on what to do to get app or whether they are going to look into the problem. Their customer service is as bad as their app. Thanks VDGIF for fixing the app with latest update. I can now get the app and it works great.

I can't access my game check history any more for some reason. I don't like having to turn GPS on to see the sunrise table for Va.

Nothing works on my Samsung galaxy s3,no matter what I try to go into,I get a black screen,great idea,wished it worked

Doesn't work after being updated this summer. DGIF doesn't respond to emails. Totally useless.

Great for rules, suggestions, advice, laws, fees, and locations for activities.

The old version was much easier and more information. This app is dorected to the dgif website, and is much more difficult to find what you want. The only thing that is a good idea, is having your license info here

Good idea. But doesnt work. It won't let me enter my license number. The keyboard that comes up when I try to enter the license number is the numeric keyboard, I cannot enter spaces or dashes.

It says error every time I try to find my license on here. Any plans to fix this anytime soon?

Little more than a portal to the web page. Doesn't add usability or ease finding information. Does not operate off line. Doesn't put seasons in calendar format.

Good idea but can't get my fishing license added. Keeps telling me date interred isn't valid....

Can't find my lifetime license with info directly from the license. Fire the developer and get my tax dollars back.

I have mine and my sons hunting license stored but cant see my sons fishing license. Decent app though.

App cant find my boat registration ramps i know about are not listed and does not even have Philpott Lake listed at all in app which is one of my favorite fishing spots

Unable to determine where one can use the app to store licenses as advertised. Some links do not work, but otherwise okay.

"Where I am now" needs to have the ability to tell you what is in season based on your location. At the very least perhaps a drop-down menu that will allow you to choose a county/city and then it will show you in season game.

Multiple attempts to purchase freshwater fishing license, would not let me put in birthday. Once I purchased online, could not see where I could store license on App. To me app is useless.

Great idea but needs a bit of work. Maybe I am doing something wrong but why doesn't it get my account id from the license info and prefill the game check section? Again, maybe it is user error.

I cannot find my license on your website. Would like to download to carry in wallet. Have nothing to attach a Duck Stamp to. If stopped by a game warden, I have nothing to show him that I purchased a proper license.

Love this app. If you hunt or fish in Virginia this is a must. Have used it twice to check game and in less than two minutes you have your confirmation number. Wish I could give it 10 star's!!!!!

You can't view all of the boat ramp information in the app. Also the app only works in portrait mode. You need to fix the app to be able to see the information in either portrait or landscape view. Please fix boat ramp information so you can view all of the information.
