Once you logout on your phone the app does not have an option to login. All I get is the "get started" screen and it tell me my email is already registered.

As long as I have a solid Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. I think it depends on ping rate, download speed, and upload speed as well. My "Wi-Fi" ping rate is 19 milliseconds, download speed is 27.50 megabits per second, and upload speed is 2.21 megabits per second. My mobile data ping rate is 79 milliseconds, download speed is 44.44 megabits per second, and upload speed is 20.70 megabits per second. My phone is a Motorola Droid Turbo 2. Speedtest by Ookla.

Complete trash. Once you sign up and then log out you can't log back in. It says that the e-mail already exists. No duh! The option to have a link sent for registered users never arrives in my e-mail. Same issues with the web browser version. I'm going to contact my state office and tell them to stop wasting my tax dollars on this joke of a service.

I would say that this app must have been coded by a high school class but that would be an insult to those students. I have never ATTEMPTED to use such a piece of trash. 5 star idea...not even 1 star execution.
