My Back for Android
A reviewer said this is for old farts. We may FEEL like we're 85 w the pain we're in! So touché. This app made my body young again tho & I do what I want again! My L3-L5 were fused 12 yrs ago (DD hit me head on @115mph) so my S.I. joint got overused to make up for lack of mobility. Bone on bone + nerves pinched = hell. I had 12 surgeries but THIS was AWFUL. This app has the same exercises as P.T., got me off meds, & I'm looking for work again, after 2 yrs! Thank you! TRY IT. DO IT DAILY. I used ab app too.
Good as it is and with improvement to English translations (happy to help) and a few bug tweaks it'll be great. I suffer with a bad lower back due to L5/S1 degradation and these are just what I have been told to do.
Also has stomach firming Ab exercises as well as yoga type stretches. It's like three apps in one, thank you!

Really good exercises. Gave it four stars because the translations could use some improvement. This is my third day using it and I like it. Other apps focus on strengthening abs or legs or losing weight but I like that this app was created for back flexibility. The only think I would recommend is adding the option of background music so you don't get bored with the work outs.
Some audio explaining the movements would be amazing. Beep beep beep beep beep gets annoying. Maybe some encouragement also. Just a couple ideas.
Lots of exercises that are clearly demonstrated. You don't have to be online to use it. And unlike other apps, it doesn't need permission on unnecessary settings.

I've been practicing yoga for 6 years..... I love these exercises' for a great morning wakeup! Two suggestions, when running a sequence, put a 5 or 10 second break between exercises to allow the student to get into position. Also on a couple of video shots the instructor moves out of the frame. other than these minor glitches, over all it is very good.
This app is Yoga guru of all apps. Simplicity is extremely excellent. Please try the exercises (any thing depend upon your sufferings) promisingly curable
Just loved it.. suffering from straightened curvature. . Whenever i feel pain after workout. . I follow these exercises and pain goes away.. best one.. good going guys keep it up
Best one available I consulted with my orthopedic Dr he recommended me same set of exercise for my everlasting back pain and believe me this application has done miracle for me. Keep up the good work. Cheers:-)

Looks promising in terms of exercises but crashes whenever I try to access statistics. Also, the English translation is amateurish, and the bad grammar is a little jarring. Could have done with a little more quality control before publishing.
