Some aspects are good but, Ever so often I can't buy tickets, it won't process my card or some other foolishness. That's a huge problem because sometimes I don't have change. Google also tells me the contact email is invalid like the hell and I have the screenshots to prove it.
What good is an app that's only right 60% of the time. Very frustrating. Watch the time change when your standing at the bus stop. And other gps issues.
If you are getting invalid email please delete the space after your email address. App works perfect tickets are valid for two months.

Nassau buses are terrible in general. This app is extra horrible with the lying bus times.
It tells you only the schedule and not actual arrival of the bus. Useless.

All this "app" does is link you to other apps to install. If it wasn't for using your phone as the ticket (which I need to admit is convenient) it would be completely worthless
Please fix the card expiration date fields. Selecting the month and year does not work properly. Somehow I managed to get it working. Using Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge.
It's perfect for days I don't have change. I just wish I didn't have to keep entering my cc info everytime I uninstall the app. Sometimes I breathe space for other things. When I reinstall, I have to update the Cc info. Other than that I love it

because i got auto logged out had to put in my card info again. When putting in my card info I had to press the month and year buttons multiple times before it finally accepted my choice, please analyze and fix it's never done that before highly annoying and takes time. Luckily the bus driver gave me time to mess with the app til it worked
I've used this app everyday for months, but after reinstalling it, I had to re-enter my card info. BUT it won't let me change the expiration date; no matter what I do, it's locked into "jan 2015" so now I'm kinda stuck

This app makes looking up bus information & scheduling much easier
I have a Galaxy s6, I can't login in anymore because it keeps saying that the email address is invalid but I know it isnt! It even says invalid when I try to use a different email address to make another account.
Tickets used to valid for 180 days. Now it only valid for 60 days.
For of those of you that cant login while or cant sign up, dont use autofill in the email. Try to write your email yourself..mused to happen to me in another app...check if it fixes the problem
the only thing I'd like to see is a counter letting you know how many tickets you actually have. It sucks I have to manually count how many tickets I have in the wallet.
I keep putting in my card info and no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, it won't let me put in the expiration date.
The latest version is unresponsive to the back button from the main menu. App must be closed by swiping away from recent apps. Check activity stack.
That's all I'm gonna say. I approve of this app. But there should be two things added here: the bus map and a GPS indicator or Bus tracker of sorts here. It might be hard to insstall or update but it should be here.
I don't get the Schedule button anymore. It only says "My Bus" where it said "Schedule" smh fix that problem. Thank you.
This app keeps telling me my email is not valid when trying to make an account so yeah I can't even begin to use it.
Better than swiping a card. Dont have my car yet so this makes dealing with buses a little easier
So with the new update they removed the schedule that was scarcely followed and outsourced it to a "live" running app. It was bad enough the app originally contained old and outdated maps and times but now its been simply abandoned and removed completely. It's unfortunate this is where some of my tax dollars and pay check goes to with this level of poor service.
I would give this app 5starts if only I could use it. When I click on purchase ticket I get a blank screen with no ticket options. Tried re installing and still no success. Since im tired of my metro card not working on the bus this app would really be useful. Plz help so I can give a better review
I used to use this app everyday. Once in a blue it would give me an error msg but 95% of the time was fine. Now that I upgraded my phone and had to reinstall the app it won't let me log in. It tells me my email isn't valid but sent me a password reset to the same email. I went to login from the password reset email and guess what I get? Your email isn't valid. No matter if I use my husband or the other 2 I have. Same msg. Uninstalling!!!
No longer have to worry about their metro card reading death traps destroying my cards and ripping me off while I'm looked down at by their employees like im the thief
Wish they would update for android already so we can see real time bus arrival. These buses are later 90% of the time.
Tried to look up the schedule for the bus leaving out of Freeport beginning at 6:00 am and the first one that shows up is 10:00 am. As a frequent rider, I knew this was not true. Attempted to re-enter it again, and the same thing came up. Then again I'm not surprised as the schedules aren't adhered to in practice anyway .. It deserves MINUS stars and as of today 8-22, it's STILL not displaying the correct schedule.

I usually buy the Max of twenty tickets biweekly to get me to and from work. And usually I don't use all twenty come the next pay. Today is the second time I've lost tickets. I knew come this pay that I would still have four extra. They were gone. This is unacceptable.
