Interactive Four-Stroke Engine

This app looked like would be great when i got but when i try i use it it instantly crashes. Please fix soon because i would love to be able to use this app :)

Instantly crashes on nexus 7. Completely unusable

Sony Xperia z3 compact d5803 running Android 5.1.1. FYI developer.

Its OK if someone has NO idea how an ICE engine works. If the graphics engine permits, showing the fuel / air and exhaust cycles with a 'flame out' on combustion would be good. . I had to move the slider near the top to get a good representation. The pistons have no rings (?). Audio doesn't match engine speed, especially at 'idle' And the 'idle speed' looks way too slow it looks more like 'starter motor' speed maybe my tablets too slow.But this is very good though. Work in progress

I am a mechanic and own a shop as well as doing mobile.repair on their side. I wanted to use this to.show customers how things work to better explain things. This app will not open at all. I downloaded it and have never been able to use it.

Sparks and piston movement are off at high revs, sound is very fake, no sohc or v6 or anything else really, no fuel or exhaust gases or combustion, unless that spark is to represent combustion. Good effort but as I stated it needs more.

Love this application! The graphics is very detail. I also come up with several suggestions. First, it is better if you add an RPM counter. And second, the engine is better to be coupled with a gearbox, including the gearshift.

Good only giving it 4 stars because it doesnt have a very good engine noise... if you add a different better noise then i will give it 5 stars

Immediately force closes itself when opened. Shame, was looking forward to using it.

Please add more engine. Make "engine pro" where you can buy more parts and make the engines more complicated and we can design the one we want

Nice App but have 4 suggestions- No1.Use the more common firing sequence of 1-3-4-2 . No2. Hope you can add a rev counter with rpm status. No 3. Be more detailed in parts "exaust camshaft or intake valve". No4 Add more parts. Your animation and sound is good..

As a mechanic I really appreciate seeing everything 3d and how it actually does work. Imagine if the developing engineers had something like this where they could observe and show others their ideas and how it actually works, what they could have built. I have an s4. This app works perfectly fine but it's just a neat thang that should get creative thinking revved up. Lots of laughs. As for what it does in the background unforeseen I do not know but I do not think this app is one to worry about it seems to have no need for permissions and is a fun thing to look at... not much else does it do. By the way I am not one of these paid foreigners writing comments to boost up the app stars. What a shame it is that our world has turned into such a spy network where every app is collecting some kind of data mining data and personal info. And also those that require something else to be running in order to even try it or use it. Try running any app from Amazon without having the Amazons app. It's kind of scary, makes you wonder what they're doing... and free doesn't mean free anymore... so sad.

This is an useful & enjoyable app unfortunately it will no longer work on my S4 since I updated to the latest version. I've tried reinstalling it with the same results. Any suggestions??

This is a great app for seeing what really goes on inside an engine while its running. There is one bug I found, when you click the valve springs its still calls it a poppet valve instead of a valve spring. Fix this bug for a 5 star from me. It would also be nice if there were different types of engines and more engine parts. "Boxer, I6, SOHC,Rotary, I8, V8, V10,V12,V16,W16." / Turbos, superchargers, etc. This app can be so much more. :]

It doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It crashes instantly every time.

I have a note 5 and it won't even open it just says it stopped working.

Looks like a great app but couldn't use it on my galaxy S6 Edge because it would crash straight away..same with my Galaxy Tab S

I really like this app. It shows the actual speed of the engine at idle and at high speeds. All this 4 cylinder engine needs is higher speeds and all the combustion gases. Now what the app needs is a LOT more engines to show like the Diesel engine, boxer engines, multicylinder engines, and Wankel rotary engines in single rotor and multirotor forms. It can compete with the Trans4motor app that is only on iOS devices

Looks like a great app and i reckon it would help me with my mechanics course, but as soon as i load the app it shutsdown. Please fix this.

All im getting - Unfortunately engine has stopped !!! It doesn't even start to load.

On my s5 it wouldn't launch it would just crash. I am very interested in the app and I would love to have it.

You should make different engines like a chevy v8, porsche, vtwin, old vw boxer

Great to help me explain engines to my customers who bring their cars to me. Need V6 & V8 for 5 star rating. -Rating update, removed another star due to lack of updates. This has potential for being a 5 star app. Animation of intake & exhaust entering and exiting and a few descriptive paragraphs will greatly help for the student user.

But please add a little more options like: head,v type engines, timming belt type motors, turbo, superchargers, stats(compresion), oil pumps, ect
