This app has really helped me to schedule more wellbeing boosting activities into my day. I spend a lot of my time at a computer so having an app that reminds you to take notice of the small things in life really helped me to stop feeling like I was in a dead end.
Nexus 4. This app is really helping me begin to understand what I do can affect my mood. I've stopped sitting around so much and walk to town now instead of taking the bus so I can get my head up and see the world around me. Really helpful, like getting a notification to remind me to do something good.

Won't work. Daily reminder doesn't let me submit a time and the proceed button below it does nothing either.
