Fidelity Token

I have tried several times to login but couldn't. It keeps telling me 'error.. Try agian'' but still keep receiving email that I'm logged in. It's a total useless app. FIDELITY please look for an expert to optimize this app for your customers. It's useless at this moment.

I'm being forced to pay money to get a token and because of this I can not login nor access my account online where as first bank give token free to they costumes. I love banking with FIDELITY bank but do not make me to regret while banking with you guys. Thanks

This is by far the most stupid and useless app from any bank. I'm forced to pay a whole N1575 for just ordinary soft token? To recharge my phone I'll need token??? What happened to using pin to do your transactions and getting the stupid token if you want? Go to Diamond Bank and learn a thing or two about mobile banking app. Or they're so desperate to take my money that they forgot their name is Fidelity?_too much for keeping your words. Worst app of the century. I wish I can give no star at all.

I really hope this token app is better than the rubbish mini device that I carry around, which needs to be reset by the bank from time to time. I know you consider our security but if you can't fix token problems just stick to usage of pin like other banks. Also try to put this link to the app on the mobile application and remove entrust. How can you have this and still put link to download entrust? Entrust cost me 1500, called customer care and was adviced to download this one, smh. Thank you.

The App is rubbish, after I N1500 was taken from my account for soft token, I found it difficult to use the app. I have been on it for over 6months now. I am disappointed. Rufus

Couldn't sign in cos I forgot my password. They didn't give me enough hints to get it back. My account was locked.

This is one of the most useless app I have ever downloaded. I'm logged in to the online banking app but if I try logging into this one with the same details, it never does. Complete waste of space.

Process of registration my phone went of coming back to continue was telling me to visit the bank for what then I downloaded the token still not open why fidelity

This app got my account blocked after three tries..the other app refuses to accept the token and doesn't confirm any transfers

Hahaha, I still have to pay to get tokens, without it I can't recharge my phone through my account with fidelity, that's absurd.

It OK but I forget my password they said they will give me information on my email but they don't send me any thing

I don't see the reason for a token.... Just use a unique pin like normal banks

Finding it difficult to login after downloading the app. It keep on saying... "login failed, try again later". I have so much believe in Fidelity ICT Team, but on this... you guys need to do more. Like with every new innovation... one has to be patient to enjoy it. Fix the login issue fast.

For those complaining of login failure, the username is case sensitive. That's what I learned and it worked immediately after I corrected the first letter of my username from UPPERCASE to lowercase. Now to hell with the useless Entrust sh*t
