NFM Wayfinder for Android
Not user friendly. I kept adding things to the cart, and it would tell me the cart was empty, then I had to filter through everything all over to find what I was looking for. Prices aren't clear on some things, and says you need to go to cart to see price, but is not in the cart. Navigation is horrible. I don't think the specs are correct for a mobile phone.
The app will not display the things in the cart. You should seriously consider an update. It has been almost a year since the last update.
Very slow. Had to wait minutes for a page refresh
Cannot sign in. In fact I never have been able to sign in
Downloaded the app to use for the gift registry, like it shows in the pictures, but gift registry isn't an option to choose within the app. On top of that, it won't access the camera.
Just like the website,it's horrible. The website used to work fine. I'm sure Warren Buffet wouldn't be to happy about this

Total fail. Won't connect to camera. Product look up fails. (Moto G4, Android 7.0)
Every time i clicked on anything it would pull up a blank page . Installed and unistalled the app all within like 2 minutes . Didnt work at all !
Slow..slow..slow
This is the slowest most non responsive APP I have experienced in retail. Layout is great but shopping is agony with the APP's slow and sometimes unresponsive wait times.
As others have said, you can't filter but you also can't find out specs on items you find. Not really sure what you can do with this app, to tell you the truth.

The app has been saying no current ad for weeks. Doesnt havw smooth navigation. Not worth installing
It says pay bill but there is no link
there is a lot of stuff that needs to be updated especially the cart feature

Can't change my location or filter products... It basically just gives me the deer in the headlights look... Sigh the store is over an hour away so this is not helping and the site won't load for me.
It doesn't allow easy access to the cart to see and edit contents. The only way to access is by adding an item. The only other complaint is that it doesn't come with the gorgeous redhead gal in the electronics department in the KC store. She's very knowledgeable about the product also. Give her a raise!
This is just a web wrapper for the mobile site, except worse. Clicking on items to view more detail is painfully slow, sometimes not working at all, forcing a refresh. The top title bar that includes a phone, key, and cart icon, auto hides immediately upon opening the app, preventing you from seeing your account and shopping cart, and cannot be brought back. Ridiculous.
Yeah it's an app, but everything takes you to the mobile site. Then the mobile site asks you to download the app. Just go to the website and save storage on your phone. I also find it interesting that most of the high reveiews are nfm employees.
It's great how I find different departments in the store with it
This app is just too slow. Takes forever to load.
Can't view my order, filters break, crashes..needs to go back to the drawing boards and get you developer off their butt and test before releasing the app.

Tried scanning and entering product #s, couldn't find the items. Couldn't even search for items. Associates asked us a few times if we needed help, but they had no idea how to use the app. They wouldn't even look at it. App needs work and associates should be trained on how to use it.
One stop shop in this app! Pay NFM bill, shop and find items while in the store. That's pretty awesome.
My husband and I order living room furniture on May 9th. We were told the furniture would be there to pickup on June 1st. Now they are telling us we wont get it till July 16th. I think they need to do something with the way they handle things. They dont call you back and they dont know what to tell you when you call and ask about your order especially if it comes from their vendors. So I rate them as ok.
Still haven't found out how to pay or make payment on my NFM credit card balance
There is definitely room for growth and development. Doesn't give ready access to your shopping cart to checkout. Also it would help if you wanted to find and item that it would show you on a map where that item would be located.
Mirrors the speed of the desk top site. Too slow, frustrating to wait for pages to load. Very disappointing for a modern website and mobile app.

It was easy to navigate through and now i don't have to call or go in to pay my bill.
But Needs to be changed to Nebraska Furniture Mart instead of wayfinder... Won't come up in searches for nfm listed as wayfinder.

This app is quite useful for finding products within the NFM store. It will even find products that are the same model but different colors.

Cons: Not very user friendly. Hard to see what items are in cart and the search function when the filter is turned on messed up so I had to start from the beginning again. Also the app won't change the color of items. There's some kind of glitch. Pros: Great selection of itwms to preview before I buy them. Wish it had a place where I could save items before putting them in my cart.
