Super Bowl LII Fan Mobile Pass

Crashes every time you try to used it work better a few days ago but I installed and now is not working

Crashes everytime I try to look at the My badges section. The app does not work and it's almost impossible to scam the codes at the NFL Experience! So frustrating and waste of time when I spend good money to take my family and the kids want to interact with the whole experience!

Went to the super bowl experience at the MLPS convention center. First no one told me I needed this until I spent 2t no urea in line with.my kids to kick a football. Signed up and it wouldn't work. Then got signed up and I would submit for my code and it would take forever to get the code. Worst app. Very slow even with internet.

None of the links - player appearances, security info, etc - work. The info I need as a guest isn't available. Without that, it's just a bunch of promo photos.

The links to player appearances, maps, etc DON'T WORK! GRRR...

.... now I get multiple texts from different numbers about the nfl fan experience.....

Buggy app! Many links won't open, trying to log into my mobilepass and the screen keeps glitching and it won't let me enter in the verification code. ????

It would be nice to have an app that worked if you're going to require people to use it at your super bowl experience.

QR scanner doesn't work well but it's a helpful app

Kept me in the loop on all the appearances and was current on news. Helpful for sure

Yeah, I had the same trouble yesterday with the SB Experience maps that other users are reporting. Now today many of the links on the SB Experience page simply don't work / bring me anywhere. Is there a website I can use instead?

so far I am not impressed--I have installed the App two different times-and both times it comes up and says Unfortunately, Super Bowl LII has stopped--it would be nice if it would even start. Thankfully, I don't really think I need this to go and enjoy myself--I have our Fan Pass codes, we have our tickets, we got excellent cheap parking, but this App is not going to stick around. A joke for sure! Highly disappointed-because I have reported it two times as well.

Hopefully they'll actually post the schedule for the Super Bowl Live events. The venue maps for the Super Bowl Experience and Super Bowl Live do nothing when you 'click' on them. I assume this will be fixed soon?

Can't rotate or zoom the venu map, what's the point, need a magnifying glass to read the map

Cannot enter my number to get to the Fan Mobile Pass because the keyboard will not stay up on the screen.

Maps are non responsive when try to zoom in to read

IF YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE THIS IS YOUR MOST CONVIENENT WAY TO GET SIGNED IN AND PLAY GAMES/WIN PRIZES WHEN THE EXPERIENCE BEINGS. THIS APP WILL NOT FUNCTION 100% UNTIL THE SUPERBOWL EXPERIENCE BEGINS.

People's complaints don't realize that none of the stuff are looking for go live until closer to the actual event.

It won't download

There schedule is lame. I wanted to see schedules for individual days. All it tells me it's that Super Bowl live is happening. I want to know when and what is happening at Super Bowl Live. Stupid

App crashes and won't even open

Spam, spam, spam...downloader beware, nothing value here and spam notification just dont stop

Terrible app. Doesn't work on Google Pixel phones. QR code doesn't show.
