I had this app registered with old mobile, but now I am unable to activate for new one with old phone no. It is asking activation link how do I get it worst

It will turned on my online account by accidentally my mobile formated after format its not coming back and no otp receiving and password reset the online account when i click forgot password, i contacted customer care but no use f**** the app developers

It was awesome app till I formatted my mobile, after that my problem starts, after I install software again, while I was registering back. It's asking for otp, and main headache is I lost my banking login password, so now I can't set login password because I cannot receive otp in app neither in mobile number

No clarity regarding the purpose of the app and what needs to be done and why?? Andhra bank badly needs a good net banking app

Mobile sms is not needed for otp anymore. It is good . Follow instructions carefully. I liked it.

No clarity on how to use. There is always communication error.

Very much unreactive. Long process. Somehow I lost the activation address.. and now I'm not able to deactivate this feature. I have dropped a mail to CC.

Safe -t was installed on my phone but my phone got damaged . So I can not use safety when I log in website and tried to activate safe- t it showing already active . What is the solution

I have installed the app and completed the registration process on the Internet banking but I didn't received any address or Barcode how can I access it...?

Not good there is no clarity either on the website or on the app what needs to be done. Am a first time user and do not knwo what is a seed and where do I get the key from. Where do I source the activation key from. Please guide and help.

It good application to genarate OTP. Am successfully making transcations transfers money to my family from abroad through net banking. Kindly provide internet banking aaplication also.

Didn't received activation link &SMS option for OTP receiving to regdmobile will get disabled.Therefore,unable to set/RST any transaction pwd if forgotten& no option provided for reset for SAFE-T in mobile app/Internet banking if once uninstalled

Veryyyyyyy bad...asking otp but not moved...time waste....

Neverrrrr install this app... It will give wrong otp that will not work and u will be locked out... U ve to goto branch for changing ur password again....!!!!!!!

This is only for OTP. Not for transactions

Services and attitude at your branch is pathetic ...so is your app ... Please download Kotak mahindra , ICICI or any private banks app and just try to copy it ...don't use your old brain !
