I would I add the ability to copy the information in the app so that could be later pasted such as for an ESN listing.

The first time I ran the app, got a notice in big red letters that it's not a Nexus 5. Emmmm, better tell my carrier they put the wrong phone in the Nexus 5 box and call Google and have them stop sending those Nexus 5 updates.
