This app can't seem to decide what time your bus will show up. Constantly jumps between times when you refresh usually 5-10 min apart.

Paid for annual offline access and app will not load the schedule. Please refund or fix.

Occasionally crashes when trying to show nearby stops. Map does not start centred on target city when location services is disabled. Map is EXTREMELY slow to load (using a deprecated API?) And worst, has ads while Transit App (its top competitor) is ad-free!

No longer shows offline schedule and I pay to see that

No planner is available so this app is taking advantage of...Only thing it does on the go...

I don't care what CT and this app claim, is not real-time for many routes. Is better than nothing, but only just.

Needs alil tweaking but it's the only one that works some what good wtf lol

I like the app but why does it need your identity? I don't like that but the app itself is good

I love this app so much! Bus times are never wrong for me, so I know when to hussle to the bus stop or if I can take my time! :) I just bought the Transit Hub pass because offline schedule will be amazing for me, and I'm super excited to see what they come up with in the future! 5/5 I recommend this app if you're in Calgary! The only thing I would change is I'm not so good with military time, so I hope in the future they make it an option to change the offline schedule from 24h to 12h clock :)

Unfortunately, this app requires you to pay if you want an offline schedule. It didn't say that in the update. That was the only reason I bothered to install the update. I wouldn't have bothered updating for risk of the app not working. I will continue to use my other offline app along with this one.

Closes/crashes EVERY time I open the app. The new features would be nice, if I could actually access them

This app has come in handy sometimes when it's not working I just go on to Google Maps and at least they get exactly what I'm looking for other than that the amazing app just turn your network on and off and it should reload

Their hours are never accurate and I end up being late because of them.. sometimes it takes more than half hour more or even an hour than the time they say it is

So what we can not email issuse about buses being early now?

Does most everything the official app does, but this one costs you money if you want those features.

Your ads block the location button.... that's terrible

Dear Calgary Transit, your app is designed by bus stop numbers, which you have to be genius to find out unless you standing right there. But in that case don't need the app, can just wait there whatever comes. Your "nearby" bus stops useless too, where it shows bunch of markers, impossible to find by bus route. GET RID OFF ALL BUS NUMBERS for time table and trip planning. Even Google doesn't use them!!!

Uninstalled after paying for membership. Crashes EVERY time I open it or try to use after opening another app. Horrible!

I just downloaded the app so I am hoping that it help me to get around better.

Older verison was the best and I cannot imagine the change would work better? So sad that I lost the former and more likely I won't use this present app. :(

Unfortunately, this app requires data now, but it does seem to make for more accurate information. I have started using it again, since I got a new phone that it works on and I have had successful results. Definitely better than the one that Calgary transit came out with.

This affects UX. You could replace the heart icon with an X then you might want to add a dialog box to confirm user action.

I took bus 14 bus stop number 4785 this morning 2015/July/10 05:53am towards Somerset train station to the passengers suprise the driver stopped at Tim Horton's cafe which i don't think is a bus stop to drop a lady and followed the lady to the cafe, we had no option than to get down from the bus and trek to the train station but i went in into the cafe and asked the driver who was getting a cafe so we are to wait for you while you get your coffee before taking us to the train station and he said yes.

This app is incredibly good but before update it used to work without internet/WiFi. However, after this update it doesn't work without internet/WiFi. That change would be appreciated.

I miss liking a stop not the specific bus at a stop. Whiny but true. I live in an area where I can catch multiple buses at the same stop. Also requires data now. Boo!

The older version was excellent!!! It served me VERY well for 2.5 years!! The new one requires internet. Uninstalling and switching to the official app. Thank you for the years of good service!!! Hope you go back to being awesome someday!!!

Please make a change to post the actual sceheduled stop times with the predicted times...

Yayyy!! Finally.. Was having troubles with the map search for finding stops a couple weeks ago as well as real time bus schedules. Tried everything like uninstalling and reinstalling, but ended up being very frustrated in the end.. but hurray finally it works! Keep up the hard work and thank you!

How to remove ads?

I've been using the app for a few months now, and it is currently very broken. The map search hasn't worked for a few weeks (I've uninstalled and renistalled the app to no avail) and the real-time reporting has also not been working as long as the map search has been broken. It's too bad, because when the app works, it works very well. At this point, it's easier and more accurate to use Calgary Transit's SMS service. Please fix these issues soon!

I really like the app. But it could certainly get even better. For example, when one enters a stop number and the various routes for the stop show up, the earliest time for each route could be displayed on that screen, without having to tap on a particular route and enter the next screen. The next screen would be useful to look up the subsequent scheduled times for a particular route, of course, but it would be useful not to have to do that every time.

Only shows main road names. Can't zoom in and see what road your on. ~you have to have what bus # to search for. Doesn't help. If you don't know where the closest bus stop is. Or the number to it. Or if it's the right bus to get you where you need to go. This is just a very bad map.

The last version worked much better for me. I have very limited data so unfortunately I can't use this unless I find a free wifi signal. However, if you do have more data then you well like it. The real time data is nice to have.

Now that you need an internet connection. This app was a lifesaver but now with the need for data or WiFi, I'm screwed. It also lost all my favourite stops.
