Patient Portal

Most of the complaints were about not actually reaching the portal. You do have to create an account first in order to access your records on the portal. It works very well for everything. Much better than trying to get your Dr office to call you back or call for a refill. They even email you, to go to the portal to see a message from you Dr's office.

I still like it eventhough its not a real app but a shortcut/link that opens your browser to the Nextmd Patient Portal website which is pretty much set up as an app in the mobile version. Works for me and I can't see how a real app would be that much different.

If you are looking for a Patient Portal app to help you access your information this is not it. This is the most useless app I think I have ever downloaded. All it does is open your Web browser to the nextmd website. To the developer please make a real app that doesn't just open a browser.

This just opens up your browser. You don't need this app. Oh and when it opens up and you type I'm your information, it has an unexpected error every time. You have to "full site" it in order to get it to log on. This app is literally useless.

I can never check certain messages in my inbox (messages dealing with med renewals). When I click to read a error message would pop up. So I would have to go to the full website just to read some messages in my inbox

Is it a joke? It only open a browser and redirect you to the website. It is NOT an app!

Umm ok, it just opens a web link and the doctor never updates it nor is there a place to actually schedule an appointment. Waste of space on phone memory.

This is not an app. This is a button that links to the website. Seriously? Don't bother releasing an app before it's even an app. Waste of time

Why would someone waste the time and money to create this "app" that isn't even an app? It only opens you Web browser.

I can get more information via the app but the app is terrible & information is difficult to find. Yes, I signed up online prior to downloading and using app.

Umm... this is not an app. It's just a shortcut to their website. Therefore it doesn't offer any kind of notifications, etc. I'll keep it installed but I'll be eager to have a real app someday.

What a freaking waste of time they need to fire those idiots who made this!

This is one confusing and not simple way to see anything about my health. I am a frequent buyer from Amazon and other websites but this is one complicated way to get medical info. Thanks but no thanks.

You can't get in to the site even if you know the right answer the site does not work right very hard to get into!!!!!!!

Works fine for me. You do have to be enrolled first at your providers office and complete the registration!

Just opens the website in your default browser. It doesn't even try to wrap the site. It's just a bookmark.

If I wanted a shortcut to the site I would create one myself. I can't believe that is all this "app" is.

The app only works 1 out of 10 tries. It sucks.

Easy to use, but you must be setup into the system first.

It's not even an app...

All this download is, is a shortcut to their web address for the patient portal. This is not an actual app.

I can literally open the webpage myself. Why would you make an app that merely does that for me?
