Nextiva App

Not sure why they don't have it set to tell me that in the play store before I download and install it.

If you actually want to receive calls do not bother installing this app, it is absolute garbage. It has been one problem after another. Closes on its own, when it is open, it says "calls unavailable". The main reason I went with nextiva was this garbage app, which does not work. Now I have to forward calls to my cell phone and do not know which calls are business and which are personal. I assure you, you too will be dissapointed.

Clearly, Nextiva is paying for reviews. Read the ratings. You will be disappointed. The application does not work. While discussing it with the support staff, they recommended another product altogether because the mobile application does not work. So frustrating...

Pioneers of Voip and it's only getting better! Compared to other Apps I've tried, Nextiva has made the most improvements and is able to accomplish what I need out of it. It's not perfect but I can give i 5 stars because it is going in the right direction! Keep it up developers!

Glitches are constant. A call to check voicemail won't go through the majority of the time. After ending a call, it says you're still connected and can't make a new call. I have to log out constantly, and that only fixes it sometimes. Another employee uses the iphone app and it's got its own serious issues.

My favourite feature is voicemail to text messages. We are growing marketing firm and use this feature on a regularly basis. We don't have enough employees and we are able to call back these potential customers.

Thoroughly enjoy this app so far. It has some minor issues but I'm always able to get my questions answered. I use it for business calls.

I used to crazy about the phone number of the business working. because the visit cards makes me about that. But after have this app, I can acess to any contact super easy and I also can chat with them as the easiest way

Terrible phone system. Won't open and just continuously crashes. Use 3CX or anything else.

A powerful Soft phone

Great App!

My phone is the Alcatel Onetouch Idol 3 runnning Android 6.0.1. App works great for making calls DOES NOT work when receiving calls the app crashes then tries to log back in afterward. Spoke with Nextiva support they were super helpful, we figured out it was my phone and not the app. Will test on my other phone later tonight. UPDATE Have it installed on my Galaxy S5 now and everything is running fine. Maybe after an update I will check it on my other phone again.

Great app it works well however the app stays persistent even after a logout in Android. Other than that sweet mobile office application. It makes life easier.

The call quality on the app and the phone is great. VoIP on hangouts is good too. So glad I went with Nextiva because I heard good things. Support has only been helpful whenever I've had a question.

AWESOME Nextiva (Mobile) app!! Super easy to install onto my personal Android phone, I use this app daily and it's never failed me! I never use my desk phone any more, no need to. The Nextiva app allows me to UN-tether from my desk, giving me much more flexibility without any loss of functionality. I get much more work accomplished using this app. Great work Nextiva!

I have been using Nextiva for the last 7 months and service is great. The app is so useful, too. It has lots of features and it is regularly updated, which is important because technology keeps changing and I like to know that the developers are keeping it current.

Must have app for cheap international calls! It has the convenience of VoIP. And the cost savings are a fantastic bonus.
