I signed up. Went to log in it says email or password is incorrect. So I go to sign up again just to make sure. Says email is already associated with account. So I request an email for new password. Says not able to find email account associated.

I love Nextdoor but this app gets worse with every update. My biggest complaint is that when you read a post and go back to your feed, it takes you all the way back to the beginning - every single time! The map feature leaves a great deal to be desired and there are many other features that are either lacking or non-existent on the app. As a Lead I find it has little to no value whatsoever. Best to stick to the website.

This app will not let me sign up for my true actual address neighborhood because leaders drew an incorrect map. Instead it tells me that my street is in a neighborhood that is several streets over from us. Our street is a closed loop and every house in our loop gets its mail from a mailbox different from the mandated for us by this app. I dont want tk he in any neighborhood but my own. Bad app.

Fix your app. It won't let me log on... It just takes me right back to the log in screen, but I know I'm using the right password because it says it's incorrect when I try other things. Also, when I choose "Forgot my password," it tells me that it's unable to find an account associated with that email address. When I try to create an account it says that email is taken. When I try to sign in with Facebook it says I've already authorized the app. I can't log in no matter what I try... Please fix your app! I was excited to try it... It's so broken though. Edit: Just tried to create a new email address and it's telling me that my neighborhood hasn't been created yet which I know is simply not true. Broken. Broken. Broken.

I used this app daily and absolutely loved it. Especially for business purposes. This is, until my phone crashed, got a new phone, and reinstalled the app. During this time, I also moved. Well, because of all of this, I can not log back in for whatever reason. It needs to "verify" my address. Well, my address on my debit card is now my new address, my phone number is attached to my mom's account in another state, and a post card won't work as it'll just get sent to my old house! I sure would like to get back on this site and get to know my neighbors and promote my cleaning business. I will change my rating once you get me back on. Thank you.

Wanted to use this app for our community, however, because someone else "The Lead" made the neighborhood to include multiple neighborhoods our community cannot be specified. This is rather disappointing as other communities I know do use this and have a great response.

Had the app for 2 weeks told and now it's saying my account expired. I tried the "contact us" option but after I go through all their drop down venues and click submit, their site days they think it's spam and to try again. What a waste of what could be a good app. Uninstalling.

Can't even get an account. App doesn't recognize my address. Tried to use the contact us, and it says their system things I am spam, and to fill out the captha (which is non existent) and try again.

It's actually a good app, and a good service, but they don't say what's been changed, in their weekly updates. I think it's clear that they are only doing weekly updates updates as a form of free advertising, for them, and a waste of bandwidth, and a general nuisance, to us.

I would love to give this app an appropriate rating, but I can't even sign up... I tapped create account did the little form, it said it would email me instructions. Many hours later I'm still waiting on said email. I tried logging in, an account with that email doesn't exist. I tried creating an account. An account with that email already exist...... No Help button. No resend email option.... Many people here love this app apparently, but so far I say it's garbage........

When something's happening in the neighborhood, this app finally tells me what the police won't. It's a great gossip app for neighbors to chatter together. However, it's becoming apparent that this is an example of a business selling out their fellow countrymen to the government. That's why local government gives this app their official seal of approval. The app helps police and other state agents with eyes into our lives. Whereas the app won't let you use it unless you open an account using public information to verify your residence, the police et al are given more system, admin-like access whereby they make posts that disallows comments, for example. The app keeps persuading you to tell your life story. Like who else lives in the house, what's your hobbies and interests, how do you make a living or is someone else supporting you, and so on. Sounds innocent when solicited as only an effort to help neighbors get to know one another but this is really just intel shared (sold?) to the State to help manage us sheep more effectively.

Please don't make me have to re login after each app update. Shouldn't be necessary

I was skeptical at first but think this app is great. Lets people know what's going and get to know their neighbors in the process.

Not giving out contact and other personal information. The old Steetlife app/ forum much better. Have now deleted everything.

The "add pet" option in the pet directory is gone! Please fix

I am pleasantly surprised by this app! Many of my neighbors are on it and I've used it to find handyman recs and buy a patio set. So handy!

It's nice but needs a better way of deleting messages after you read them... otherwise you see the same message over and over again

I like this app a lot, but I wish I could edit posts, specifically events, after posting them. As well as add multiple days to an event.

I downloaded the app and couldn't get into it, it just returns to the home sign in every time I entered my name and password.

Not good to have full addresses on profile

Since the last update I can't upload pictures! It just will not do it. Please fix this.

The app is good overall, but why when I get an alert for a post and there's been several responses it goes to the initial post then scrolls down to the last post. If there a few it can take some time to scroll to the last post. It's just unnecessary.

I put my address and says I need to create my map for my neighborhood but, when I want to create a lot houses in my neighborhood are already on red, so when I only select the houses not on red says I don't have enough houses on my map. So either some idiot selected part of my neighborhood with theirs or another idiot created an account and clicked on whatever and now I can't create a Real map for my neighborhood smh.

I find that Nextdoor allows your neighbors to be keyboard bullies! They took away allowing leads to delete because of keyboard bullies. Eventually Nextdoor will just be another Facebook!

Can't log in. I keep getting emails, but the app says the email they are SENDING EMAILS TO isn't registered.

I would like to think this will bring the the people of Royton closer. Look out for one another and help when needed. I think its a great idea for everyone in royton

People are abusive and rude especially their LEADS on next door but the app itself is great

This app really keeps you connected with all your neighbors and what's going on in your community. Just a really good people that use it. I love it.

This app claims to be free but won't let you sign in without a credit card. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS IT IS A SCAM
