Thanks for the small downsized free app plus its fast access. Suggest few improvements can be made like the option to delete records, calls...those sorts of things. Cheers

Takes longer to load now?? Wanna see notifications & transactions cleared (not stored)on a regular or monthly basis. Also provide a Skinny contact number/address concerning issues in the menu would be fabulous then i'll bump ratings up to a 5★ when that happens. Cool app regardless...thnx Team

Last update useless. Don't have any usage bars at all. There's now no way of finding outhow many minutes or Mb left.

Won't load, keeps telling me "oops, something went wrong" try again..please fix

Is there any chance that the app can be updated so that i can look at the other accounts i manage? My elderly farther can not manage his own top up so i really need to see what his account is doing too.

Don't know what's happened but now any message from this app rings my ring tone. Turned off notification and it still does it. Please fix ASAP

Why is it that notifications keep building up and not letting me delete them? Is there any danger of this question being answered?

Between the app and email, ~12 messages on topup/account roll over day, cant seem to be able to disable them anywhere

When I top up I get notification from skinny app and also a text message all at same time where's options to turn one of them off

I have only 4g modem. How can I get verification code texted onto it?

Great interface apart from one thing: tapping either widget does nothing - it should at least launch the app.

If I click on the help menu item tells me page missing? Other than that app works ok

Its keeps logging me out then say to put on the activation code, but I don't have one because they don't send me one, plz fix as I now can't get into the app

All of a sudden it asked me to enter my mobile number to receive a code... I didn't receive any txt. So what to do now? This is rubbish. Need to change mobile providers

I can check anything. I can see how much datas I got and calls and text. I think skinny is a best. You can check what they sale.

After 15 years with Vodafone I mutineered to Skinny 4 months ago and have found the whole service to be a breath of fresh air compared with a GONE DOWNHILL VODAFONE & Offshore Customer Services in Manila. This app is Extremely Pristine Efficient & Reliable & The Customer Service is Top Notch polite & Efficient & MY S5 download speed has gone from a measly 40Kbs with Vodafone to 8Mbs with Skinny in Rural Palmerston Otago. Everything you need. A handy history tab that itemises all your text, call and data usage. Like someone else said, way better than Spark even though it IS Spark (but for a better price)! However, it lost my card data once for no reason which cost me my rollover data.
