A serious bug really impairs this app. It works initially but the next time you want to use it all your favorites have no predictions. The only way to get them back is to clear all the data in app settings but now all your stops are gone and you have to re-enter them all again. Samsung Galaxy android version 6.0.1. Big blue bus. If this gets fixed it would be nice. Update- as of February 2017- still no fix. No data = no useful.

The old version was much better since it was actually usable. Now there's no way to set reminders e.g. 5 minutes before a bus comes; the new "alert" system simply doesn't work. Previously the next three buses were visible, now only two are, making planning harder. The reordering of favorites is forgotten nearly immediately and so is renaming of them. Please just revert to the old version.

Either no tracking available at all for scheduled buses, or the tracking jumps from 37 minutes (for a bus that runs every thirty minutes) down to 23 minutes in just seconds. Can't trust it anymore. As an actual example, I am currently on a bus. The app says the bus isn't arriving at the stop I boarded at for four minutes. Just five minutes prior, it said 25 minutes until arrival. It appears to be running in another dimension where time passes differently than in the real world. That's not terribly helpful.

The upgrade has some nice improvements: the favorites function and the transit function. The huge problem is that it does not give accurate times for the two buses I use the most, the 51B and the 49A &B. This is AC transit in Oakland. It also no longer shows times for connecting buses, such as Emery Go Round and County Connection. Hopefully it is working better in other cities.

This new version is the worst. So big for no reason. Lost all my favorites. And now you can only see two times instead of three when you clicked on it. I only hate it, it doesn't even look that much better. I'm sorry you put time in developing this, please bring back the other one!!

This app used to be great. Now it's always unreliable and provides bad information. I had a time crunch to get where I was going. App said next bus was in 21 minutes so I called a cab just to have a bus drive by me 4 minutes later as I was entering the cab. Never was this way until recently. Happens all the time now :(

You can't even see the bus numbers anymore and that is important that if something goes wrong you can load the bus number, the same thing I have an emergency come up at the bus.. and on the locations in the bus not working to good no more.. I'm not a happy customer no more this unsatisfied not please at all.. (SMH)

Version 2.0 is just that an improvement you guys did an amazing job. If you are getting this for the first time ignore the negative comments. The size is only around 26mb and if that's a lot then either need a new memory card, delete something useless or move some photos to your computer.

Extremely limited bus tracker. Real time tracking is all it has going for it. Next us fails to provide multimodal transit suggestions for optimal movement for m point a to point b. Bus stop naming conventions are unclear and easy to choose the incorrect favorites location due to conflicting name to associated location. I am very disappointed that some agencies lock thier data into the app which provides such a poor transit experience. The data needs to be open for checking competitive pressure to improve the experience.

Useful, but not always accurate. It occasionally shows no bus coming for an hour and one will arrive within minutes. Don't know if that's the app or a bus whose GPS isn't working. It also suddenly stopped updating my favorites and listed "no data". Trying to find a way to fix that.

The one thing that you got rid of that I used daily is the button on the map that centers it on your location. I only want to have one stop for each bus and that button let me easily find info for any stop with only one stop for each bus

The old interface was *not* a thing of beauty but at least it had a lot of info in a small space. I also had favorited a bunch of stops and I lost all of them with the update.
