When you take the time to make an app right the first time it doesn't need any improvement! Great work team. No need to modify this app in the future. It is perfect. Thanks

..but stopped working a week ago.

No way to access options menu w/ Android 4.4.4 on Samsung note 4.

Its worked without camera, if you only want to arm/disarmed the alarm, when black screen come up, need to press hidden menu button by pressing and holding the multitasking key until menu pop up.

I have had this app on my iPhone for at least 2 years now. I have been satisfied due to the fact that I could arm/disarm the system when I am away or when the keyfob is not available. Since switching to Galaxy S5 android app does not work. I have installed/reinstalled the app - nothing. I am able to link my account and it even shows my name but the problem is the screen is blank. No option to arm or even look at cameras. Very disappointed!!

It does work. It's not very fast, doesn't always arm/disarm my system, event list doesn't fit properly on incredible 2 (it fits fine on my mytouch). Almost seems like this was someone's first attempt at building an Android app.

It's not fancy or pretty, but it does everything I need. Would like to see less clicks necessary but it does the job.

Joke of an app that provides limited functionality, and was last updated almost 3 years ago. Other monitoring companies now offer so much more for just a few bucks more in monthly fees. I won't be surprised when nextalarm goes under.

X70%
by X####:

Seeing no update to either of their apps, Android and iOS, I think its time leave next alarm. They are sitting on years old technology and have shown no further innovation or basic improvements.

This app needs serious work. It was obviously written by an amateur developer.

V70%
by V####:

The app crashes frequently under Android 4.3. The UI could also use an update to make it more user friendly. Arming/disarming take way too many clicks.

Poorly made app. No longer works after gingerbread update II on Epic 4g.

Ugly interface with too many clicks to see home security info but works.

I go to "security." Logs view has formatting issues. Is this an alpha release?

F70%
by F####:

This app is really behind the times. It does the job, but really could use some updating. To many clicks to get the task done. The event log is hard to read. Please update!

B70%
by B####:

The text entry method to arm or disarm the alarm would auto display the passcode making it pointless and not so secure. . Ironic for an alarm company. ..

N70%
by N####:

Works but not all that great if you have multiple systems and trying to figure out which is which

K70%
by K####:

So I am a paid subscriber but can't use it to simply arm or disarm? Looks like only way is to first log into your Web account and find the key, and and then just the key let's you login from the key..!!! I say that ia not that secure.... Why not let me use usrrid pwd?
