El Ministerio Internacional Puerta de Paz fue fundado por el Dr. Ricardo Di Rocco quien nació en Buenos Aires, Argentina. En su país Dios lo levantó como evangelista haciendo cruzadas bajo carpa, donde cientos de personas vinieron a los pies del Señor.
En el año 1989 nació el Ministerio Puerta de Paz y junto a su esposa Mabel Di Rocco fundaron su primera iglesia.
Después de pastorear por dos años, el Señor lo envío a E.E.U.U. junto a su esposa y sus hijos.
Después de viajar por diferentes estados como evangelista, en el año 1993 estableció su Ministerio internacional El Apóstol fundó Radio Restauracion, en el área metropolitana de Estados Unidos, y también el Centro Familiar de Adoración en la ciudad de Elizabeth, New Jersey.
