New York Pass - Travel Guide

There are many apps to support pass holders all around the world. This is probably the worst. Menu is useless.You cannot see in the 'picture' list which attractions you have faved. After looking into the details of an attraction, you go back to see the next, but the order is changed, so you start swiping from top again. Trying to see the redemption points on the map results in app is stopped. There are absolutely useless features, whereas the core feature is weak. It has an itinerary feature, but... It allows you to plan for days when a museum is closed (ie on Mondays) as well as for out of opening hours. So. If you bought the pass it's better to download to see all attractions you can choose from, but allow yourself a day to plan your visit with this app and buy some tranquillizer before doing so. :) For those, who underrated the app due to this is a commercial thing... Well, read the description & the NAME of the app!

NY Pass did not have fast pass at all the main attractions, waited in line like everyone else.

Says that you can book things and look at items using the app but you can't do anything.Just advertising for the pass.Uninstalled immediately!!

It would be cheaper to get the tickets urself and fast-track? Im sure u could have that if u booked online.

(Samsung Note 3) App was great when I first downloaded it. But now every time I try to open a map to view attraction locations it closes the app screen! Obviously this is a problem for many people. Please fix. We plan on visiting nyc in October. We were going to get NY PASSES for our trip, but now we may go a different way. If you can't even fix a problem with your app, who knows how well the passes would work... :-/

Reading the description, makes you believe you are getting info on NYC, subway maps, city maps etc, jowever, all it is is an ad for the combined discount ticket company. Had maps, and such been included in this app, then perhaps it would not have left a bitter taste.

Even when you try and plan you can barely get the return on investment, and not all attractions are open or available due to the number of tourists (but you pay for them with the card before you know it...). Just pay for the attractions one by one.

I bought city passes for me and my family. Using this App we can easily plan our itinerary using the built-in map. Hooked us up to plan at least 5 attractions per day. Bottom line the city pass it is a great deal. I recommend throughly.

I wanted a guide to New York, this is a sales pitch for a not inexpensive ticket to New York attractions. Uninstalled.

It's a Card that you get access to all the hot tourists spots...but at what price???

A great app that lists the attractions available to NY pass holders. Needs some work as a lot of the information is a year it if a date and a few attractions listed, city sightseeing hop on hop off to name one, do not accept the pass anymore.

When you're looking at one of the attractions in the attractions list and you hit the back arrow it takes you back to the main screen not back to the list of attractions that you was looking at in the first place.

I bought your ticket on apps which i tot will b the same as online purchase. But there was no where i could find section to include discount in the apps. The nex thing i know the payment was successful with no prompt of discount code insertion. I checked online and the info requested r the same except for the promo code insertion. Apps n website r both online. But apps shud be more personalised and accommodating. The apps r all good except the payment doesnt offer discount code insertion,

Has everything you need to work your way thru the city. Looking forward to an awesome time.

This app made it so much easier to plan our trip and find our way around. I love how you can view any of the lists on the map. Few bugs and crashes that need to be sorted however

It's worth spending NYC pass. And tish app will add lot of value to your trip.

Love this app but wish it would sync from my tablet to my phone. Update still does not allow for this.
