体重・血圧の管理アプリです。
日々測定した体重・血圧の変化をグラフで確認することができます。

身長を登録することでBMIも確認できます。


まだまだ足りない部分、ご要望など、
バージョンアップ検討します。

【使い方】
＜身長設定＞
身長を設定することで、BMI２２のライン（ふつう）が体重のグラフに表示されます。
BMIとは、身長に対する体重の指数で、太ってるか痩せているかを定量的にみる指数です。

＜体重登録＞
日付をあわせ、体重を登録します。
登録ボタンを押したタイミングで登録します。
入力を間違って登録してしまった場合は、同じ日付で再度登録することで修正することができます。

＜血圧登録＞
日付をあわせ、最高血圧＆最低血圧を登録します。
入力を間違って登録してしまった場合は、同じ日付で再度登録することで修正することができます。

＜推移閲覧＞
登録した体重、血圧を見ることができます。
青い三角を押すと、閲覧してる月を変更。
体重ボタン、血圧ボタンでグラフの切り替えができます。 It is a management application of weight, blood pressure.

[How to use]
