Permissions
android.permission.INTERNET - To download external images.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - To store downloaded images.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - To detect data state and wifi state.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - To stop speak on incomming call.
android.permission.RECEIVE_SMS/READ_SMS - To receive messages by SMS (see https://github.com/thunderace/NewtifryProSMS-node and https://github.com/thunderace/NewtifryProSMS-php).
com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE - For Google Cloud Messaging.
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK - For Google Cloud Messaging.
android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS - For Google Cloud Messaging (android pre-3.0) (will be removed in future version).
android.permission.GET_TASKS - Not used any more will be removed in future version.
