Runs at every boot-up and cannot turn it off. Even if alerts are set off it still runs every time. You have to force close it to stop it. Why is there not a way to have it run only when I choose?

This app has SO many problems. Will not download past or future radar. Plus it resets every 12-24 hours if you remove the 5 presets pin spots they FORCE you to have, and I added new pinned places and they disappear. Also lost features compared to the old app. No hourly temperature and wind, etc. PLEASE fix.

I like the old at better... I used to monitor the earthquakes... now there's no earthquake option !!!. I wish I hadn't deleted the old app now... don't like anything about this app and can't get the old one back... now I'm pissed !!!
