Tedious to scroll through list on home page. When I get to settings app won't let me sign in. Out of the blue it started notify me of every new story posted.

Have been subscriber of newsprint version of paper. Tried app. Made a typing error signing into my account on first try and app closed me out for 24 hours opon first retry. Very poor built-in congif approach to using app with only one mistake signin allowed - even banks give you several signin attempts before shutting out. After all many of us humans have big fingers which when making use of small keyboards is sometimes difficult. Uninstalled it until corrected.

Doesn't retain my sign on info. Deleted and reinstalled several times. Now it doesn't sign on at all. Fill out the correct info and it just takes you back to sign on again. No help from the techies. Giving up on The Record.

I had this app on my phone and tsblet, removed it as not working well. Now I want to try again and Google Play makes it very difficult, first says I have to pay for it, then I hsve to sign in, then it is not available for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Really? A "highly rated" app that won't work on a very popular tablet?

St. Augustine is our vacation spot each year so i like to keep up with the local happenings. This app is not as good as the Web page available from them. Many stories are days/weeks old. I assume this is a work in progress so I'll continue to use hopeful to see improvement.
