Works good but hate the part where it shows how many people responded to the article, the numbers hide part of the article

I really liked the previous app. I know people had their issues with it, but I liked it. I wanted to read the news and it let me do that. This new version just keeps crashing. I can't get through a single article without it crashing at least once. It's beyond frustrating and makes it so I can't even use this app anymore. Fix this

The update turned out to be a downgrade. Unfortunately there is no choice of apps for reading the digital version of the Vancouver Sun. Downloading, reading/navigating and edition works fine. The annoyance is with the inability to keep select editions. The available choices for deletion of editions are to keep the latest 3, 7, 14, 30, or 60 back issues. The previous version was immensely more flexible with respect to deletion. This is a big deal when one is trying to manage limited memory.

Take forever to download. Try to download the weekend edition, started Saturday morning and now Sunday morning is still downloading. I'm sure dial-up should be faster.

I had trouble moving to the next age and haven't figured out how to delete copies. Much worse than there virus version.

I can't access any of the features that I am paying for. The latest update has made the epaper unaccessible.

I always thought this app deserved a better rating than it had. It just worked for me. Latest update has made it nearly unusable. It took 25 min to download the Saturday edition today. Uninstall/reinstalling does not fix problem. This needs to be fixed, yesterday!

Saturday May 28,2016 paper took 30 minutes to download on my new Samsung S2 tablet..Unacceptable!!! Downloaded on my apple tablet in much shorter time. Also Auto download does NOT work... please fix!

Unlike the last version, the new version takes forever to download which is very anoying and inconvenient.

Download too slow

Endless problems with it getting stuck between pages in sing!e page viewing mode while trying to swipe vertically. Gets stuck between pages and frequently hangs there. Swipes are often misinterpreted as double taps. Double tapping in single page mode tries to do what it does in double page mode and therefore gets lost as to which page it is actually on. Frequently jumps to next page while scrolling. Can't turn off double tap. Very frustrating to use. Wish I had not given up my print subscription!!!

As a temporary work around use PressReader app to access The Vancouver Sun with your same credentials. Vancouver Sun app should be updated in very near future.

Doesn't work with Lollipop. Time to update it. As a subscriber I would expect a better experience.

It was working fine until yesterday, after the Android upgrade occurred. Now it just flashes to a grey screen and then back to my home screen.

Nexus 7 (2012) - There are too many issues to list. Often, images are in the wrong place, overlaying text. If I change font size, smart flow takes me back to the brief view and I have to click the expand arrow and then find my place again. Changing orientation of my device does the same. A number of different fonts are listed, but only "default" works. Scrolling between columns often stalls. I have to first scroll backward before moving forward. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times.

I've reported a forced stop in the past and not seen anything done about it. this morning even after removing all downloaded issues and restarting my Note 8, I cannot download any issues. Used to be fine on the Tab 2. Now it's force stopping on the Tab 2 as well. When it works, I love it.

Good reader if you subscribe to the Sun. Can pinch and zoom wherever and it's easy easier to read the "paper" on the bus or airplane when you can do it on a tablet. Has crashed occasionally when trying to download an issue over a weak wifi signal.
