We have daily delivery of the news paper. I used this app when I travel or if I'm up before the paper is delivered. Now I can't download the paper any more, just get an error message, saying it can't authorize. Apparently they don't care about their customers. Might have to cancel all star Phoenix subscriptions.

Horrible app poor customer service. "automatic" download means the user manually opens the app, finds the newspaper edition and manually tap. Misleading advertising. Email suggestions to the developer? You get a pi** poor reply. What a waste!

Crashes in Android 5.0. They are refusing to fix this problem. STAY AWAY. They have refused my request for a refund. I am starting a small claims action to force the issue.

The app worked in 4.4 (KitKat), but doesn't work at all in 5.0 (Lollipop). Crashes every time you try to start it.

This app used to work great but started crashing every time I tried to download a new issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it tells me device authorization failed. Useless!!!
