National Post ePaper for Android
Each issue takes up quite an amount of space. I used to be able to move the app to the SD card to save space. But that has been disabled on this update. Would be nice to see that function back again.
It took awhile to adjust to the new app but it is much better than the old one, I enjoy the nat post e paper I can read it and take it with me on my tablet.
This app lets me avoid all the stupid pop-ups that torment the desktop version.
New version sIower to download paper. Very slow performance to view comments
The older version is faster to download and less cumbersome to operate
Installed couple days ago, and it's just great.
It works for me
Agree with the other users - previous version was great, fast downloads and worked all the time. Now the downloads are very slow, and it keeps kicking me out. Uninstalled it. Very disappointing. Shocking how this clearly wasn't tested.
...at least one tablet, the user interface is nice. Haven't tried on phone, but don't expect it translates well to a smaller screen.
Smells bad! Probably because its best before date was years ago.
love it all over canada info. great app
Back to a four star rating now that it works with Android 5 Lollipop. My only wish, and the reason I hold back the fifth star, is the lack of OneNote support in sharing. Thanks for the Lollipop fix!
Messed up app. Need to reinstall frequently.
Was 4-star until Lollipop. Why hasn't this been fixed, or at least flagged by the developer?
Click on and np logo then it closes. Tried uninstall and tried again. Same. Running Lollipop on nexus 10.
Will not open with Android Lollipop. Why is this not being addressed?
Won't open since android update.
Wants to continuously run in the background using up battery, memory and gathering information. Gone from my tablet
Would be 5 stars if the Sharing feature supported OneNote.
Works better than press reader (although looks like the tech was borrowed). Download speed is ok much better than web interface as you can download an issue and board a plane or read in the park. Asus nexus 7
Update - download of todays paper took > 1hr. Set your favorite font...every time you start the app, it never keeps the settings. You like Verdana-go ahead and select it, but you'll never see it. Find the Smartview contrast too low...don't give feedback to the developers, they'll only tell you "well that's the way it is". There's no option to change colours of text or background. All this is so strange seeing that this is an app to REPLACE the physical reading experience.
I was looking forward to being able to read the digital edition of the National Post on the go, and this app delivers. I was pleasantly surprised to find an innovative design, quite different and mostly superior to other digital publications like Zinio. The layout is easy to read and navigate, even on my small 7" tablet.
1. makes you wait while it downloads 2. Right column runs off edge of screen 3. Cannot comment with offline copy.

Just updated to the latest version and it keeps closing down the paper every 5 min, right in the middle of reading an article. And agree with the comment about downloads taking longer with this new version - the old version was much better and more stable - doesn't anyone test these so-called "updates" before they are released?????
