Albuquerque Journal Newspaper for Android
The old version was bit buggy. This version is just awful.
It replaced pressreader now I cannot share to evernote hopeless to call journal support based on previous attempts history soon will cancel
Bring back previous version, new version is confusing and you can't read the last page.
Cannot navigate to the last page.

The new changes are awful. Can not open individual stories blue links any more. Cannot find your table of contents. Moving and expanding storage to read is difficult. If I didn't want Lobo news so bad I would cancel my subscription.
Last page difficult to read. Haven't been able to find back issues. Old version allowed opening past issues from a calendar.
Albuquerque journal
Navigation is awkward, buggy, and slow. The text of individual stories is often garbled and/or jumbled together with other articles. Some days only the full page view is available, no navigation to individual articles.
To conservative for my taste. Lots of right wing bias. They never say anything negative about Trump, or the GOP. Definitely a good example of media bias and false reporting.
Doesn't work. Doesn't show available papers for download. Wife has the older version that works. Would not recommend updating this app to this version.
Then you must purchase subscription. I won't pay for this just like I won't buy the hard copy: junk news, liberal gay pro Clinton Boma crap, obits and ads,
Articles & pics
This is a good way to get the Journal when the weather or circumstances prevent reading the paper version. Great way to access a great newspaper.
Great way to for a millenial to get the Albuquerque Journal in #HobbsNM.
The app should now be fully functional on Lollipop.
Excellent app. However, has stopped working altogether after upgrade to Lollipop OS. Please fix Nexus 10
I used this app on a daily basis with my Nexus 7. That was until I installed the Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade this past week. Now the logo comes up for about 2 seconds then quits. I notified the Albuquerque Journal and recieved an email saying their developer was working diligently to resolve the issue.
For not work with Lollipop
No idea if I'd like it - it won't accept the login and password I'm paying for. They work on their web page, but not in this app. :-(
Very convenient
This app is horrible. I cannot get the regular paper. I used to be able to look at the online paper on my tablet but now I have to use the app and it never works properly. The journal should let people have a choice and not force them to use the app.
Crash city.
I am so happy to see the eJournal reader for Android! The user interface is very much like the IOS version, so threre's not a huge learning curve. I like the ability to use multiple devices (Droid RAZR, GalaxyTab 2 10.1). I like how easily one can switch between Page View and Story View, and Story View is easier to read on the RAZR and easier to manipulate on both of my devices. When using my Tab, I prefer Page View, and that's where it needs a little help. While a page loads, there is some delay while it renders on the screen. Based on my experience with the IOS app, I think this is normal. However, touch navigation on the Android app is a little rough compared to IOS. Many times, it takes multiple attempts to swipe to the next page. Tap to zoom works, but navigation while zoomed in is a little unstable...the screen won't stay where it's placed! It has a tendancy to "drift" to the left or right to the start of the previous or next column. This is almost as good as the IOS version...if the touch navigation gets smoothed out, and there were an option to save downloaded editions to the SD card, I'd give it five stars!
It needs to be concise and easy.
Love that this app was created and I like how it works when it works, but it frequently freezes and causes my tablet to have to restart. Keep developing it to fix the bugs.
This app is so bad I am canceling my subscription
Excellent I can view the paper zoom in to articles and when finished delete from my device. Great job!

The app is OK but a bit buggy. On my tablet the bottom two lines of text are obscured by the navigation bar and I frequently can't read the last page of the paper because it keeps pulling back to the second to last page. It is also very slow to load new issues. I also wish there was a good way to save articles of interest to review later.
