SmartSource Coupons

Useless, just like their website. I'm not sure I have ever encountered, such an incompetent, and at the same time arrogant company who refuses to acknowledge the problems that so many people complain about. Always insisting the issues are caused by all of the users who cannot get their apps and websites to work properly. Apparently SmartSource does not make errors.

No stores in my area only stores I've never heard of then app wouldn't load at all. Waste of data .

It shows no stores in my area. The most useless coupon app I have came across so far!

This app doesn't allow you to print nothing it's worthless

There are NO grocery stores in New Orleans area where my family gets groceries , on your list. Also, where are the coupons that are available online?

None of the stores by me are listed on the app. No walmart or giant eagle what's up with that

The app doesn't pull up ANY big chain stores... All of which are local to me. Doesn't even pull up Walmart , Kroger, Bi-Lo, etc. under all stores. Was really excited about this one. Complete disappointment

Downloaded to save but no southern stores on the app. I didn't even see cvs. It needs lots of work with store cards integration and printing capability. And definitely needs a major upgrade for printables all files that were downloaded are in .FDF format and I couldn't even print my savings..disappointed.

Terrible! As others have stated, there are no big chains. In order to choose coupons, you must choose a store. They need to simply this by allowing the coupons to be chosen based on the zip code. Not linking an unknown market. Even the "screenshot" providing the example of stores shows Kroger and it is NOT an option.

Its 2016 and this app has absolutely NO grocery stores in my city or previous cities I have been too.

Very disappointed. I get Smart source coupons in the Ft.Worth star telegram BUT no stores like krogers,Albertsons,Walmart are even listed.

Can't use the app! First it crashed at opening.. now it opens, goes through slide tutorial but can't submit zip to pull up stores!! Yes, location for app is ON! The app sounds great and I've been excited to use it only to be left very disappointed. At least communicate with those of us who are rating and commenting about the same issues. **Wow.. I just scrolled through to see when the last communication from the developer was and it was 11/3/13! Terrible business practice!**

Good idea but can't get to the coupons. What's the point? Waste of time. Nothing like the Sunday paper. Doesn't have the major stores.

What a waste of time! One local store and rite aide i dont consider much of a store anyways. Its ridiculous to not have a single grocery store! Will be uninstalling immediately!!!!

How is it, living in a big city, there are only 2 stores available?! Neither of which I have ever shopped at?! What a waste.

This is so disappointing. It wouldn't even accept the card. Seriously app needs a overhaul update!!! Why even bother putting a app up if you can't open yourself to the bigger markets of store. Deleting this crap!! Better off allowing to print from phone than trying to add stores....lame excuses to even use cards considering it's not reliable.

The app for ios allows you to print the coupons, this one only sends them to you store card, I prefer to print my coupons as this is not an option this app is not for me. My valid store card says it's invalid, I use my card every day! Skip this app, save your self from a huge headache.

I saw that the app wouldn't locate stores in other peoples' reviews. I downloaded it to be fair. It truly sucks. It found Rite Aid and the military commissary as local stores. I selected Farm Fresh from the list. It showed some decent coupons. But we have more Food Lions than anything. Didn't see Walmart, Kroger, Dollar General, or Family Dollar. When I hit my phone's back button, it exits out of the app; that's annoying.

I installed it twice and it tells me that something went wrong and it can't retrieve merchant data...wth

This is worthless! Why do you have to select a store? Why can't they have coupons that you can select amd print. It's that easy!

The idea is good, but the app is a complete waste of time since it only lists stores that I've never hear of and not even in my county. The app only brought up 2 stores when there are many near me. Complete waste of time.

Am I missing something?? There is a king soopers picture on description but when I downloaded, king soopers is not on list. Definitely willing to change review if I am wrong!!

I couldn't even open the app it keeps crashing

I put in my zip and it shows 1 local store that I DON'T EVEN HAVE!!! And under 'All Stores' it just shows a bunch of other stores I have never even heard of!!!

I should have read reviews, first. It would be great if they would fix it so it would actually add stores in my area. As is, it's a worthless app. I'm deleting the app.

Worthless. No stores in my area. Why can't you just snap a receipt and add the money to an account? Looks like it's back to the Sunday paper. :/

First, there's only 2 stores in my town listed in the app (neither of which could be "located"), and it says my Food City card number is invalid -- even when I scan the barcode.

Won't search for local stores. No stores local to me in database. Doesn't work well

I assumed I would just be able to clip coupons from the app and send to my printer, however this app only allows you to transfer the coupons to your store's loyalty card. That would not be such a bad idea if the stores that are listed were close to my area, but these stores must be located somewhere in Idaho! Sorry but I have to uninstall!

Not a single store here in Texas. Not worth the memory it will take up on my phone, so bye bye app.

On Verizon galaxy S6, app doesn't work. The only option I have is "all stores". Sadly there was no place where I could tell it where I lived nor use the GPS.

Absolutely nothing for the northern metro Chicago area!!! Not even Kenosha or Milwaukee!!! I guess it will be paper coupons still.

Useless app, it doesn't even work. Page is always blank when I open up the app. Uninstalling app now.

Stupid app! Only shows a couple stores from God knows where from tiny little bump on the road towns !!!! Terrible app !!!
