New Relic Android app

The app itself is good but the authentication process is utter dogshit. Every time I upgrade I get stuck in a seamless login loop where I can't auth to the app and when I finally do (with fingerprints) I get punted right back to the login screen. Why do you also need access to my contacts??

Always stuck on "refreshing access tokens", even after fresh login. Works only, when using an alert to open the app :(

Hangs on token refresh...

Pretty limited in what you can do. Even if I get an alert, there's almost never enough info available in the app to know what's happening.

The app is not usable, it hangs on the "refreshing access tokens". Please fix, this is a service I pay a lot of money for.

CPU usage always showing 8.2% pls check and fix

This app is great when it works. The only way to see my servers/apps are reinstalling the app or when an error alert happens, otherwise the app stay stuck at a blank page with the message "refreshing token"

This app is great, I use it every day but ... it's developed a problem in the latest release. Constantly refreshing access tokens until I uninstall and reinstall.

Decided to try the app again to see if the major bugs have been fixed. Happy to find the login and everything working decent.

Contact permission? No please. I can enter email myself.

Unable to sign in the app until i sign out and then sign in / re-login from web. Should make app independent from web and allow automatically sign in without refreshing token and no expiry. Please fix this a.s.a.p Very frustrating and I thought I remembered wrong password.

No good reason for requiring contact permissions. Continuously needing to log in when you have a complex password is very dull.

Logging in jumps back to login screen again. Also very annoying contacts permission request keeps nagging. Fix your app!

I have to re-open the artifact I'm monitoring every time I open the app. You cannot pin it and the app wouldn't remember it. Not even my last search query to make it easier for me to find it.

We use customised dashboards on the desktop website and they are fantastic. Please support them on mobile/Android too.

Great insights into server utilization

I can't even use the app anymore on Android 7.1

"Memory" and "Fullest disk" labels are inverted (Servers tab)

NR has caused countless worries in the past by sending false positive alerts. Now the app doesn't even start, preventing me from checking prod server at a crucial time. System monitoring is one thing that MUST to be reliable. Time to look for an alternative. (And stop wearing their t shirts).

Stuck in an endless login loop

My password is far too long and complex to remember, as it should be for production systems. After painstakingly typing it in once it asked me again within an hour or so. No option to paste from password mgr. Uninstalling. Life is too short to type in long passwords repeatedly.

No wide screen push notificstions arrive hours and days after the fact. Graphs lack any definition seriously limmited insights and details. The app should offer the same functions as the website instead ive resorted to embedding graphs into a mobile afae website . Disapointed

Hello, it is asking for credentials everytime and contacts permission. Why can't it just save them? I need to login everytime...

Good app but would be a lot better if I could see network throughput/load on the dashboard (there's room) without having to click on the actual server itself

Good job fixing your company image on Android. Keep it up.

In android app is missing the most helpful part that is insights. Before was just displaying a message coming soon and now just display item not found. For the cost of the subscription need lots of improvements
