KingsChat SuperUser

KingsChat SuperUser helps admins connect with their audience and keep up with activity on multiple accounts, all in one place.

A SuperUser is a special, turbo-charged account for an elite entity such as an organization or a public figure. The SuperUser is a paid, exclusive account and is treated as a separate entity from the KingsChat users. SuperUsers can be easily identified by the signature blue checkmark that always appears next to their name.

Features:

* Timeline: Each SuperUser has a special timeline with an increased character count for their posts and the ability to post videos. The top part of their timeline also displays a mini profile including a cover photo, profile photo, short bio, website, location and count of followers. Users within the KC v4.0 app can follow a SuperUser and subscribe for notifications whenever they post.

* Insights: The SuperUser can view their rank based on followership, in comparison with all other SuperUsers and also view advanced analytics, specifically graphs and metrics for measuring growth and user engagement. These data points include the following: Total Followers, New Followers, Total Referrals, Total Impressions, Post Reach & People Engaged. These analytics can also be filtered by time frame such as Last Day, Last Week, Last Year & Lifetime.

* Billing: The SuperUser can purchase credits using their debit or credit cards or apply coupons to redeem credits. The credits would be used in blasting messages to followers once the feature becomes available and in other upcoming features such as targeted advertising. SuperUsers can also view their transaction history.

*Admins: Each SuperUser account has a primary owner, however, other KingsChat users can be granted administrative access to manage the account as well. Once access is granted by a fellow admin, these users will be able to login to the SuperUser's account via the dedicated SuperUser app.

*Settings: SuperUser admins can also create other new SuperUser accounts, deactivate their pages to make them go offline temporarily, switch between multiple SuperUser accounts and more.
